This spot certainly delivers on food quality, friendliness, and value. I should start by saying the staff here is very welcoming. We've visited a handful of times now and each time has been very pleasant. I probably waited more than 10 minutes for water refill once, and to the server's credit, it was peak dinner time. We haven't had a bad dish here but the carne asada and chimichangas are two of our "go-tos". The carne has always been seasoned and cooked perfectly. I've been scarred by overcooked, almost burnt carne asada in the past and I certainly prefer not to relive that experience. The margaritas are also delicious with a heavy handed pour if you know what I mean. Mexico Lindo is the perfect combination of yummy family dinner and cocktails after work vibes.

The atmosphere is welcoming and high-end casual...you can walk in with jeans and still feel like you're getting a delicious meal. Every time we've eaten here, the food has been delicious. A few of our favorites: the french onion soup, ribeye, and cowboy candy. We've also tried almost all of the desserts and enjoy those as well.
