I dont understand why they would charge for replacement tortillas in the first place. When we went to pay, i told them it wasn't right that they were charging for the plate since i couldn't finish eating my food that was cold(eggs and beans), my plantains raw and i left the replacement tortillas which actually came out steaming which is how the first ones should've came out to. The owner just stood there and disnt step in and just looked around and stayed quiet and the waitress didn't bother to get him involved even though he heard everything. This is the 3rd time I've had mishaps but things usually work out and I'm able to eat my food but this time it was not edible and i was disappointed in how everything was handled and the fact that the owner didn't bother to step in and i left very upset that i couldn't eat my breakfast properly. By the time they heat uo the eggs and beans, the tortillas would've gotten cold. Oh and the chorizo was not freshly hot either but it was edible, it was the only thing from the breakfast plate i was able to eat. My mom tried to eat one of the sweet plantains but it was just too raw and she couldn't finish it. Very disappointing. And since i wasn't planning on leaving a review i did mot take a picture of the plate nor the blue fuzz that they claimed was from a "clean rag". We came for paella and went with the classic version..... it definitely hit the spot. The rice was perfectly cooked and crunchy in the right spots. Seafood was cooked beautifully and the spices with the chorizo made it all a balanced and delicious dish. So happy we were able to come back to Paella and we will be back (hopefully) more regularly!
