We just had to wait in the lounge for a table... about 15 minutes. Staff were polite and efficient. The restaurant was pleasantly decorated with color-coordinated carpets, chairs, paintings, etc. I had the lamb entrée. It was very tender and NOT gamey! The gravy really delicious with a light, buttery flavor. The scalloped potatoes were good, too! We appreciated the complementary bread basket! This was our first real meal in France together. I understand that this restaurant had to have high prices because it's right next to a tourist attraction but I felt the service could have been a little better. My assignment from my friends was to get a reservation for 7:30pm for a party of 4 for the next day. I emailed the restaurant, then booked online. Everything was in French, so I guessed at how to answer the usual questions: How many in the party, time, and date requested. We parked for free in the gravel lot and walked in to a busy environment. Our table was in a connecting room where it seemed brighter and calmer. I chose the set meal for 45€. My starter was the duck salad which was nice and refreshing. The main entrée was the Salt Marsh Lamb Shoulder. It seemed like a patty made from shredded meat. Strange, but tender and moist! The dessert was Pont D'Orson. The cookie between the baked apple and scoop of ice cream was like the bridge between Mont Saint-Michel and the mainland. This restaurant was large and on the noisy side.
