I went to a Hammam in Turkey and the receptionist explained that this was a Moroccan version. I got the rituals of the Medina package which included the traditional Hammam and a 20 or 40 minute massage. I got the 20 minute massage and wish I booked a longer one. All you need is a bathing suit and they provide slippers and a robe. When you start, you go downstairs and prep for the Hammam service by entering the wet pool and sauna rooms. You sit and relax and wait for your service. When the Hammam is done, they escorted me to the massage area and let me select which oil I wanted. I chose jasmine and it was a great experience. Finally, they let us wind down in a cushioned seated area with tea and a snack. A great relaxing time that I would do again and again.

I was visiting a friend who lives in Barcelona so left the bag & receipt there. Once I returned home to Mallorca, I realised they had sold me an empty Tester pot. I contacted the store but they are not interested as I don't have receipt & I paid cash! I gave them photos, time & date, plus the details of items purchased. I met a beautiful, sweet spirited sales person by the name of Belen. She is wonderful and kind. She introduced me to the products, offered me tea and simply let me explore the many products without any pressure. I purchased the Ritual of Dao body spray, body oil and lotion. I love this clean scent. It's my new favorite. I had a wonderful experience and I thank Belen for her kindness, stay awesome. Rituals has great products. I highly recommend. I can't wait till they open the store in San Francisco, California.
