A popping lil spot located in the heart of the Condado Beach area. Service was friendly, even during a huge rush. When I went they had 2 vegan ice cream flavors and a sorbet option. I opted for the Change the Whirled Colin Kaepernick (sp?) vegan flavor. The employee was knowledgeable and informed me that their waffle cones are not vegan, and she offered me vegan options. I chose the vegan friendly sugar cone. The ice cream was yummy and the cone was fresh. The space is a little small, but it's jam packed with personality. There's so much memorabilia and PR pride displayed on its walls. I'd go back when it's less crowded to eat more yummy ice cream and check out its history.

I wanted something Mango but ended up with butter pecan after passing by like 4 times and promising myself ice-cream. It was great. Very clean and the two person inside where very attentive. Great spot right on the beach. They don't have Mango but they have a bunch of other stuff.
I don't often find a Ben & Jerry's store near me EVER so I can't explain how excited I was when I saw this one. This store is located in front of a plaza and very close to the beach. It's a small store so it gets really packed in there. The ice cream!! The waffles!! EVERYTHING was so delicious. I hope I can find one closer to me. Ben a s Jerry's ice cream is always a treat. This location makes you wait outside in a line. An employee will come take your temperature before you can enter. They are only allowing a few people at a time go in. As for the selection of ice cream, they have a lot, even some I haven't seen in the stores. The coconut 7 layer is the perfect island flavor. There are a few tables outside that you can sit at, no tables in the store because of covid. The prices are on the higher side as they always are with name brand things. But the servers are very friendly and helpful. The store inside was clean and I felt safe in there. There's no complaints with the ice cream or the service. Definitely recommend!
Excellent service, friendly staff, great location, great ice cream. There were long lines but they kept moving quickly. The decor is super cute and happy. The cones were freshly made when we went there last night so that was a bonus.
This Ben & Jerry's is great! They have food as well as ice cream and everyone there is so friendly. It was getting late and my husband decided he was hungry again. We stopped into this Ben & Jerry's which wasn't far from our hotel and discovered that they serve sandwiches, breakfast, you name it! My husband was able to order a tuna salad on brioche and he thought it was great. We also made sure to have ice cream and coffees while sitting outside. I ordered a waffle cone with Chocolate Fudge Brownie and Americone Dream since I'm just a big kid at heart. If we'd had more time in Condado we would have returned. I definitely liked the vibe in this place.
It's nice to know that they have a few non dairy options for those who are vegan and/or lactose intolerant!

They made him a fresh waffle cone and both of us sat and enjoyed the wall art and our ice cream treat. They have brownies, cookies, frozen drinks, pints to go and cakes. Alissa was incredibly patient with us with our big order and three different people speaking to her all at once. +Pesto Chicken Ciabatta $8 +(2) Tuna Ciabatta $7 each +(2) Angus Burger with fries +Wild Salmon Burger +Pepperoni Pizza +Mocha coffee bean ice cream (small) $5 The food was surprisingly delicious. Do not be fooled because they're an ice cream place! We spent about $50 on all 8 orders which was a lot better than what we've been paying for across our hotel. I spent $60 at Buns for only 4 burgers and 2 fries.. ridiculous! Do not go to buns! Come to Ben and Jerrys! We sat outside and they brought our order out to us. There was a cool breeze and they played the best music :)
This places serves really good food, I mean really good. The lone caveat, if you're in a group or party you will NOT be eating at the same time. Since all of the food is made fresh to order, it's done so a single order or 2 at a time. My family and I ate here daily during our stay in PR. We loved the food, the staff was cordial and polite, it was just slow. At one point, my 2 sons has received and eaten their food prior to me getting my order. The location is conveniently located right at the entry to Condado Beach. They have abundant patio style seating m, umbrellas included. There are plants all around outside to give you an at home feel. I loved it here, the food was enjoyable and plentiful, just slow.
Typical Ben & Jerry's - quick friendly service with great options! We stopped in for a scoop just before closing. I can't ever pass up a Ben & Jerry's since we don't have one where I live :)
How could you say no to ice cream! Came here EVERY DAY when I was traveling in San Juan. I like this place. This is the first Ben & Jerry Cafe I have been to. I only got ice cream here. But the smell of waffle around the shop was soooo good. I believe it's worth to try. Come check it out!

I loved being walking distance from this location as I was able to treat myself quite often. I ended up grabbing them milk & cookies flavor which was so good. I was greeted as I entered and received great customer service. read more
Felt like some dessert and this is walking distance from the air b&b we are staying at. The ambience outside is a park and they have outside seating. That was a huge perk. And the service was friendly and I was given multiple "tastes" to find what I wanted. The ice cream itself is "Ben & Jerry's" so you can't go wrong with that. The only downside is the price. The small size was $7.50 plus any tip. And if I had added a cone or toppings it would've been $10+ for a small. That's a lot for a small ice cream but I was still happy to get it since I'm on vacation. read more

We were staying at the La Concha and looking for a quick breakfast spot on our last day in Puerto Rico. Ben and Jerry's had such good reviews that we decided to head there. I was not as enamored as others have been - the location is great (ocean view from your table) and the service is friendly and fast. But the food is EXPENSIVE and very American. We got one orange juice, one coffee, pancakes and breakfast sandwich and it was $36!! A lot more than the $21 we had spent at Pinky's, which was much more authentic/local food, and larger portions. The OJ was fresh squeezed, but came with a ton of ice, so was watered down very quickly. I didn't order ice, and don't think I've ever gotten ice in OJ before, so it was weird. My husband wanted a coffee and I'm not sure if they don't have plain coffee or if they wanted to charge him more, but gave him a little baby sized cafe Americano. That's my kind of thing, but he prefers regular old plain coffee (a lot of it), so it was a bit of a let down. The bacon egg and cheese croissant sandwich was okay. The croissant was fresh, but the bacon was not that crispy or flavorful. The egg was not seasoned and there was way too much cheese - an orange cheese on the top part of the croissant and a white cheese on the bottom part of the croissant. The cinnamon chip and banana pancakes were amazing. The pancakes were thin and crispy and tasted like they had been cooked in a pound of butter. They serve real maple syrup, which is not typical of most restaurants in the area. There was nothing wrong with it, but there are more affordable options in the area, and I prefer to try local/authentic food when on vacation. But if you're not as adventurous or if you're with kids, then this is probably a good option for you. Though with the "resort prices" at Ben & Jerry's, I think it probably would have been cheaper to eat at the hotel breakfast buffet! They also do not open until 9 am, which is a little late for breakfast if you are trying to eat before starting a busy day. read more

What's different from all the Ben & Jerry's I've been to? Well, they make you pay first then order your ice cream. That was super weird and confusing because I'm so used to ordering then paying. The waffle cones and bowls are freshly made so it's nice and warm. :) they have a pretty big variety of ice creams and they also serve sandwiches. Also there's lots of pictures on the wall mainly by the door way. It's located right by the beach. Parking is street or parking structure which is kind of pricey. It's pretty clean. Indoor and outdoor seating. Overall it's just another Ben & Jerry's. Nothing super special. I guess the fact that it's located in puerto Rico makes it special. read more
This place is AWESOME. My friends and I were staying at La Concha which is right around the corner so we visited this place 3 times lol 2x for breakfast. Once for ice cream sundaes. The customer service here is exceptional. Everyone was soo nice. The energy was just always pleasant upon entering. Venue is a bit small. It got really crowded the night we came for sundaes. Not complaining. Just making a statement. Oh yeah and they make homemade waffle cones which makes the place smell sooo good. Ok now to the most important part. The FRENCH TOAST. I dont even know what u want me to say!! It was delicious!! Everything just tasted fresh and perfect. People that know me, know that I am a French toast snob. And theirs made my hall of fame list. read more
After a night of drinking... best way to cure the hangover is... yes.. breakfast! Food: just delicious! and they got your typical breakfast food such as eggs, bacon and for the health nuts- they have acai bowl (I strongly recommend this). You can add items a-la-cart and price is very reasonable. Service: fast and nice, very tentative Location: just awesome... if you're visiting, this is just besides the water and a part Drinks: I had Cafe Con leche and it was delicious... just like the ones I had in spain Yum O!!! Suggestion: if you have stomach to take some fire, try their hot sauce-- 'Spicy Caribbee' My personal fav is called 'Hot sauce' it's more orange color and it's got good kick and very nice flavor.. they also have the red one called Fuego.. that one is def more spicy. They also sell bottles inside the store for ~$5 I will def. be back!!! read more

We arrived and placed our order immediately at the counter. We received a number and sat down outside to enjoy a beautiful view. An attendant came out and brought us condiments which included green hot sauce, syrup, guava jam and salt & pepper. Five minutes later the açai bowl that I shared with my husband arrived. It was sweet and filled with frozen acai, banana, berries, granola, and topped with coconut oil. It was refreshing. Before we finished, our meals arrived. I ordered a ham and cheese omelet with a crossiant. My husband had the banana pancakes and ordered a side of bacon and eggs. Everything was delicious and eaten. I went in and ordered a cafe leche. It took some time to make, but was quite good and served with a side of biscotti. read more

My boyfriend and I stayed at the La Concha Resort, right next door to this Ben & Jerry's . It was right off the beach! The night before we saw they served food and were surprised to see an ice cream chain did that! The next day we returned for lunch and were not disappointed! From the food to the service, everything was wonderful. Turns out yes, this is a Ben & Jerry's franchise, BUT the restaurant/food is not affiliated. The food comes from the owner, Celi, and her daughter (a US Olympic gymnast in 1992!). They created the menu themselves and choose the best ingredients to make the freshest food. We ordered the tuna salad and even the lettuce was cut right then and there. The tuna salad was so good I asked for the recipe! Everything is made from scratch. Even for the ice cream, they do not use the Ben & jerry's box mix, but make it themselves. Every waffle cone is made fresh off the skillet. It's delicious. We spoke with Celi (owner) and Jared (employee) for a long time and they are the nicest people. The service was great and the food was spectacular. We saw people getting breakfast (French toast and Acai bowls) and they looked delicious! Also...my boyfriend is a coffee drinker and loved their Puerto Rican coffee!! People were raving about the Ben and Jerry's right next door to our hotel and before we left we had to come see what all the hoopla was. Ben and Jerry's In Puerto Rico serves breakfast and it is delicious! Who knew!? Do all B & J's serve breakfast or just this one? I need to get out more!! I ordered the cafe con leche, bacon, egg and cheese croissant, grilled banana and a freshly squeezed orange juice. It was all absolutely scrumptious! The staff was very friendly too. They play some nice eclectic music in the back ground. To add to the romance of it all we found a table with a view to the beach. We could not ask for more on our last day in Puerto Rico..!! Surprisingly Excellent! We came in to escape from the windy beach, and we were totally surprised at how good the breakfast and coffee actually was! As Australians, we hold our breakfast in high regard, and this was actually one of the best I've had. Eggs were cooked perfectly, and the toad in the hole was delicious. Value for money is the real clincher - it's cheap, quick and easy. Also, coffee is up to the best standards, and service is also perfect. You order at the counter, so it's not table service, but the waitress checked up on us anyway and made sure everything was perfect - and she called my wife beautiful! Despite the brand basing itself off ice cream, this cafe was one of the best we've had in recent memory. I'd highly recommend it - and the view is also excellent. read more

Who knew Ben & Jerry's had a restaurant! This food was delicious and the atmosphere was very comfortable and welcoming! It is right alongside the beach facing 2 hotels. The prices were very reasonable and service is speedy! Within ordering our food was out 10-15 minutes later! As usual doing my stay all the juices were freshly squeezed, I was spoiled in PR returning back to the States I wanted nothing but fresh juice! lol. read more

Lovely experience, all food is made to order from scratch, so it be prepared to sit a bit longer than you would think for a quick stop by bite. Sit back & enjoy the oceanfront view. Careful not to get confused by the waffler, closer to the main walk (while it's ok, worth taking the extra few steps to Ben & Jerry's). We enjoyed our meals & everyone around us was commenting how good their was too from burgers w homemade banana ketchup to salads to traditional Ben & Jerry's ice cream, it's hard to go wrong in a place that uses creativity, fresh & organic ingredients.
