I had the honor of trying out this fab food truck while attending the Friday Family Fun Nights at a Bohemian Bloom & Herb Farm...u can find which event the truck will be at next by visiting their website & searching under "events". They do catering, serving sweet as well as savory crepes. If requested/prearranged, they can make gluten free batter. (They just request that order quantity is 3+ so that the batter is not wasted.) So gluten friendly, but not appropriate for celiacs. The owner was lovely, as well as her staff. I will seek out their truck in the future. read more

Huge crepe with lots of flavor. I had been craving crepes and was lucky when I stumbled upon these guys. I have always gotten indulgent crepes so I got the classic Nutella, strawberries and bananas was whipped topping and I did not regret it. I will be back when my sweet tooth kicks in again in the future and I will be bringing friends with me so they can share my love of crepes, maybe I'll try one of their savory crepes next time as well! read more

My two year old daughter spotted their pink truck and we met the lovely team working there during the Eagle Saturday Market. They were so sweet to my daughter and we even got a crepe! Tried them tonight Was not as good as I thought it would be. Price point was excellent, but I'm used to a Crepe that us light and soft. The texture more like a flour tortilla. But you know what, good thing is we can eat crepes everyday! I'm a sucker for high-quality crepes. And La Crepe Boise always satisfies my taste buds. Oh, how I love this mobile creperie! They are stationed in my neck of the woods every other week, and I make sure to drop by and order my favorite crepes not only because I like to support local businesses but also because their crepes are tasty and hearty. You can tell that the crepes are created with lots of love and attention to detail. My favorites are the chicken delight ($8.50) and the classic crepe ($7). Yes, I always order two crepes (don't judge! lol). The chicken delight is composed of roasted chicken breast, mushrooms, spinach, parmesan cheese, and pepper jack cheese. It has the right amount of spice to it. The classic crepe is composed of Nutella, powdered sugar, and a choice of banana or strawberry. Cammy, the owner, has such a pleasing personality. She's friendly. She's passionate about her job. And she loves her customers. I enjoy talking to her while she's making my crepes! Check them out! Their crepes don't disappoint. I love seeing the Le Crepe food truck at various local venues. I've had various savory and sweet crepes. While I have never been disappointed with anything I've ordered, my favorite is the Classic Crepe. The service is great... they are friendly when interacting with their customers, while not spending too much time chatting when there is a line of customers. read more

Went there yesterday at the Eagle saturday market ordered a Mediteranian crepe, the young lady at the window was quite warm and knowldgable, the crepe arived a few moments later both my lady and I were in heaven!
