And they are back . I am glad to see that the owners daughter is working there and I gotta say the amount of cream cheese on there is perfect. It's just starting to squeeze out. Thank you very much for making me want to come here again. I'm happy to put 5 stars back on the review .

I ordered deliver from UberEats from here and probably wouldn't again... the chicken noodle soup has a funky base or under flavor going on that I can't quite figure out. But it is hot and for my sore throat that's what I was after. I got their Parmesan bagel with jalapeño cream cheese and it's really good but I asked for the bagel to be toasted and it's not. I also got their jasmine green tea that had add ins of extra boba which I was fine with normal boba but it actually came with no boba whatttt the heck? My daughter liked her mango boba tea though and maybe because we selected extra boba in the add on's is why it actually came with it? Will never know. Also our order didn't come with any napkins which is always a bummer when you're counting on having everything you need to enjoy a meal.

This joint is so much fun. You walk in and you're instantly bombarded with all these fun goodies to look at. Candles, socks, mugs, candy, stickers. As much as I needed that drink, I had to look and touch everything first! I love all the fun things they have out. You can literally spend a good hour checking out every piece of retail available! It was hard not to pick, touch or smell everything! Made my way up to the counter. The first thing you notice is all the baked goods. The display case was full of delicious treats. Every pastry looked divine. That's one thing about Flying M, it's a guarantee that your baked goody is going to be out of this world tasty! I have yet to have a bad pastry at a Flying M. It was finally my turn to order my drink, everyone came in all at once. I was greeted by a handsome smile. I ordered my regular drink when I spec out new spots. So today I got an iced americano with sugar free chocolate with room for cream. I made sure it was a large, I needed a good jolt of caffeine. Bro, this americano was money. The espresso was strong and not watered down. I added the cream so it was the perfect amount. I did add a couple packets of Splenda cause the espresso was not shy in this drink. It was so good! I sat outside and enjoyed it. It was the perfect day to enjoy an iced coffee under the warm sun. Flying M downtown Boise should take come customer service pointers from this joint. It's night and day. I stopped going to the Flying M downtown because the customer service was so inconsistent. Some days they were so nice and then some days the baristas were so rude. I had such a great experience here. The venue is fun. The gentleman that helped me was so nice! My drink was on point! I'm happy I stopped in today. Looking forward to coming back and getting another amazing iced americano.

They had that golden, slightly buttery crunch that makes you keep going back for "just one more bite." The sausage patties were just as impressive--juicy, well-seasoned, and cooked just right with a nice sear that added a ton of flavor. Together, they made a simple breakfast feel way above average. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the service. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive without being overbearing, and made the whole place feel welcoming from the moment I walked in. We were greates quickly and got our iced tea fast. But then waited about 10 minutes before waiting for someone to take our order, while watching multiple waitresses walk past us. Once we did order, I went with lunch (rueben sandwich with fries? and hubby went with breakfast (chicken fried steak, hashbrowns, and toast). The sandwich was delicious!! But the waitress didn't ask what side I wanted and just gave me fries. I could have said something, but was hungry and didn't want to wait for it to be fixed. Hubby loved the gravy, but thought the actual chicken fried steak was just ok. The breading was meh and the meat was more of a hamburger texture rather than cube steak. His hashbrowns were also very under cooked and the oil tasted old. Despite those issues, we'd still go back and talked about what we'd try next. Once we placed our order the waitstaff became much more attentive and was very friendly.

I walked in and OMG, It's way bigger than I thought and so stunning! The booths and chandeliers were very classy. The bartender Mel assisted me and she was very pleasant. She let me know that while they have coffee drinks, she's not much of a barista...they have an experienced barista on staff but they only work there from about 7am to 1pm and I was there approx 1:30pm. She stated she could make simple lattes but nothing all that fancy from the coffee menu as cocktails are her actual specialty so I decided to go with alcoholic libations since that's what she knows how to make. One that stood out to me was called the "Figgy Fizz" which is made with a fig syrup and I was excited as for breakfast yesterday I had the best Greek yogurt I've ever had which was honey and fig flavored so I was definitely in a fig mood lol she whipped up the drink but unfortunately after she handed it to me, she let me know she couldn't find the fig syrup they put in it so she substituted that with pumpkin spice. I was kind of bummed about that and wished she would have asked me first if that substitution was okay with me or if I'd want to try something else because now it's not a "figgy fizz" but a pumpkin spice fizz but I still drank it and it was decent. I decided to try one more drink which was a pomegranate rosemary lemon drop and it was beautiful and very tasty ! It's a nice spot to have a drink, the staff is quite friendly and they have some unique flavors so i can see myself frequenting this establishment. I want to come back soon and give their coffee drinks a try when I can stop by earlier!

The café was busy, but the service was friendly and the food arrived in generous portions. I ordered the half Belgian waffle with one egg, sausage, and bacon. I even saved a few bites of breakfast meat for the fur babies to enjoy as a little treat when we got home. To our surprise, the café shares a building with a livestock auction, which is pretty freaking cool! We were secretly hoping to catch a live auction--or maybe spot Rip or Beth from Yellowstone--but apparently we came at the wrong time. We definitely plan to return when an auction is happening so we can get the full experience. Their biscuits are the best I have ever had at a restaurant. Not only are they massive but they are flaky and moist (not the dry hockey pucks you get at other places).
