She replied, "Oh, we do fabric all the time," which really set me at ease. When I reached the Frame Store, I admired the vast quantities of natural light. Sam was at the counter, and he started our appointment right on time. Sam was warm and approachable, and best of all in my eyes, as soon as he saw my tapestry, he appreciated its value. When it came time for selections and choices, Sam offered helpful and clear explanations. He pointed to examples of fabric framing within the store, which were all clean and flat and presented beautifully. He pointed out different types of glass which would protect the delicate fabric. He had his own opinions led by experience, but he was not too pushy. This is not an inexpensive proposition, but I got excellent results for the price I paid. His estimate of the piece's completion was spot on: it was complete in a timely manner, and the finish is absolutely impeccable. I am so happy with the work. I would recommend Frame Store to anyone.

Given the difficulty of the repair, not surprising that it took some time, but now the frame again looks like new and is perfect.
