DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!! Yuri is nice and likable on the phone, but I turned my order in on Thursday and my shirts were supposed to be done Tuesday morning. Yuri reassured me they would be done on time multiple times. When Tuesday rolled around, I called him 2 times in the morning, went to his office (no one was there) and texted him. He texted me back at 11 saying "I'll call you in two hours" when I didn't hear from him by 2 pm I called him, left two voicemails and went by the shop again. The office neighbors told me they hadn't seen him all day and that he was VERY unreliable. Thankfully I paid my deposit on my credit card so I called my bank to put a claim on it. DO NOT order your shirts through here! I've never written a Yelp review - that's how you know it's bad :) There's a place down the street on Lincoln that printed my shirts in an hour!!! We had an issue with our bank account and he trusted us to pay some now and the rest later. You don't meet too many people that are this kindhearted now days. I found la custom t shirt on google but didn't look at the reviews when I called and spoke to yuri. I told him I had 11 shirts I needed a logo printed on for a bachelor party and needed them with in two days. Before heading to the shop I went online to look up the address and saw some of the reviews. I texted yuri and told him I was skeptical that he could get my order done in time. He explained that he had issues with him machines previously which caused him to get a lot of bad reviews. Stuck in a jam, and against my better judgment I decided to have him print the shirts. I couldn't be happier with the results. Dropped them off Thursday at 5pm and he said he would have them done in time. He sent me a mock up of the design and asked my approval the same day. I gave him the ok and with in an hour he sent a photo of the first shirt. I needed the shirts done by Saturday he surprised me and sent me a message at noon on Friday telling my my order was ready for pick up. Shirts look great! Yuri is the biggest scam artist. He stole 80$ from me in April 2016. He said he was buying 6 shirts and then he would print on them. He then said that his printer was broken. I would contact him every couple of months to see if his machine was working. He wouldn't respond. Finally when I got him to respond to me he would say that he is sorry he needed the money. I said ok, but please give me the shirts at least. He never got the shirts. It was all a lie. He told me to send him a PayPal request which I did in September. He did not pay the request. And till this day, he has not paid me back. Do not do business with this man. He will steal from you and you will never hear from him again. I made a huge mistake by paying cash and I will never do it again. I do not know how people with businesses can get away with this. It's really sad. read more

This is 4 months overdue but I really do not like write to bad reviews for small businesses. Let me start off by saying all the warning signs were there from back in December when I went to place an order. I had two trucker hats which needed a direct to garment print on them which he assured would be done promptly. As I live out east, I could only come by once a week. I continuously gave Yuri a heads up I would like to pick up the hats on a Sunday. He rarely would reply, but when he did, he would assure me it would not be a problem as he lives near the shop. Come Sunday, I would never hear from him. This went on for four months! I would often swing by in hopes to catch him, all to see a "For Lease" sign up in the window. I finally was able to get a hold of him and got the hats from Yuri two weeks ago. Sure enough, the prints were done incorrectly and the hats were filthy from laying around the shop uncovered. He still charged me, and I paid because I felt bad. I figured the fee would pay the inks. Again, I am trying to be understanding. He said he felt so bad and would go to downtown to buy me two more hats and do them correctly. I was hesitant but he insisted so I agreed. He promised he would have them done by Sunday. This was two weeks ago. I have been texting and emailing him for the last two weeks and he hasn't replied to a single form of communication! I will add my screenshot of the latest incident to the photos area. This is ridiculous. I advised him he can simply be a man and advise what is going on. I promised these hats to my clients and now cannot deliver. Mind you, I would not have even had to rely on him if my printer's machine didn't break. This is how the saga had begun. If the hats couldn't get done by whatever reason, the LEAST Yuri could have done was reply and be honest. Instead, he chose to be a weakling and run away like a chickens*t by not being honest. If he was drunk, then fine, so be it. At lease be honest and say they are not done because he is too busy not caring about his business. What a joke. **I write this to warn anyone even remotely thinking of using this guy's business. It is such a joke and I cannot even believe his landlord hasn't evicted him yet. Next move on my part is the Better Business Bureau. read more

I ordered from here previously and so I came back since the initial service was great. This time, I brought in 1 shirt for a 1 process color and PREPAID for my order with the promise of a mock before he would print it. Days later he sends me a picture of the shirt with the incorrect print already pressed on the shirt. After multiple exchanges and him promising to buy another shirt to reprint, he went silent. He basically stole my $$ since I pre-paid AND purchased my own shirt. I dropped off this order on 12/30/15 and after 2 weeks of me calling, texting and email he still hasn't gotten back to me, I HAVE NOTHING from my PRE-PAID order. I'm absolutely stunned at what a terrible experience this was. The shirt was a gift from a group of people and I had to explain that this man stole my money and we couldn't give the gift to our friend. Awful. read more

It's sad. I had a rush order and when trying to contact this business this was my experience. And why I would never recommend doing or in my case trying to do business with this company again. 1) tried to FaceTime with me rather than picking up line 2) once did pick up phone and began to discuss my order was hung up on 3) called back 4x and repeatedly was provided voicemail 4) sent email to business asking if they wanted opportunity to re-try the communication and make the business aware of lack of professionalism. The company never responded, never returned the call and acted drunk, unresponsive and unprofessional. I would expect fully this business will and should be out of business soon. Then he missed each deadline he set, wouldn't return my calls or texts, told me to meet him places to pick up the order and then wouldn't show. He smelled like alcohol each time I went into the shop. I still have not received my order, do not expect to, and the deadline the shirts were needed for has passed. Do not use this company!!!. He was nice enough at first, made one custom hoody as a sample, then I ordered 14 and paid in full as he said they would be done in 3 days. Since then he has disappeared, won't answer text, calls, email, and the store is locked. He has written me back twice with excuses and promise to refund my money ect but he never does. This place is FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD how they manage to stay in business baffles me. We needed T Shirts for a work event and called this Fraudulent place which is 1/2 block from us. Yuri said he needed a deposit and he would walk down and get it. He came and picked it up smelling of alcohol and dirty but the store is literally down the street what could go wrong. So T Shirts were supposed to be ready by 3 pm next day. It was close to 3 so I called Yuri and no answer, went to store it was closed and he finally turned off his phone. I have never had a worse experience with a store in my life. This guy told me every day for nearly 2 weeks that my ONE shirt would be ready the next day. When I called his shop he would rarely answer, and by Halloween, the day I needed the shirt he had set his phone up to stop receiving calls and texts. He told me multiple times it was "almost done" but after that he still had to ask me "to do him a favor." He sent me out to a nearby discount store to buy the plain t shirt for him to customize, which is about half of the entire Job. Despite the fact that he told me he had ordered it 2 weeks before and that it had arrived I still had to go buy it. During my 7 or so unnecessary visits to his store he seemed intoxicated for at least 2 and the last time he was so drunk he was slurring his words and stumbling while watching the football game with only hours left before it became too late to get my shirt. He told me he would absolutely have it done by 7 pm if I came back to pick it up, but when I returned at 7 he had closed the store, leaving me screwed for Halloween. There is a perfectly fine custom t shirt store just down the block I went too last minute and they were able to make it in literally 15 minutes. They told me that they've had multiple people come from this store some of which never received the shirt even after paying. I seriously recommend visiting the store on Lincoln and pico Blvd. This guy will let you down and waste your time. read more
