I had just read the book, 48 Laws of Power by Robert Greene, and needed to commit them to memory for a test.  I found a great, business card sized, image online and wanted to put it on a physical card so I could carry around and also give as gifts to others. My daughter is obsessed with Encanto. My friend had a link to a burgeoning youth graphic designer who could make the infamous Encanto door. I'd gone back and forth with this young artist and conceptualized the perfect image. I came to Yelp (late on a Friday night) to source for printers that could help me. Hal responded immediately with a really good price point. On Saturday morning, Hal contacted me and asked for the image and let me know that we'd have resolution issues and committed to working with me to get the best size possible.
