I am thoroughly satisfied with the quality of the print of my order, and the service that was provided by Layla and Miles. I was glad that they were able to produce our order for t-shirts without needing a minimum order quantity. My wife and I are looking forward to wearing our custom shirts to a welcome party at a wedding. I'm not sure how the bride and groom will feel about us wearing a t-shirt of our wedding to their wedding, but it's not our fault that their welcome party is our anniversary....j/k. I think we're being tasteful by including images of them on the three t-shirt and no matter what they think about the shirts they will recognize the quality. My wife and I will recognize the value. **For context, I have used T-shirt lab 3 times and each out came out great** - I called and asked for a quote for 13 shirts, I get it at $13.75/ shirt. they ask me to submit the image for a proof. I get the proof back and say do it. - Next day call because i haven't gotten the payment e-mail they usually send. - Delfino apologized and said I will get a call back by 5pm to let me know whether they can still do the shirts at that rate because their DTG machine broke down. Otherwise it will be $28/shirt, which I respectfully declined. - no call -I call back the following day and he decided to literally play stupid and forget our conversation. Following statements were made: 1. "I remember you but not our phone call. Next time you're better off putting everything in e-mail" - Ironically given I am an attorney. I didn't think a human being running a retail store can quite literally forget a promise made to a client 12 hours before. OH WELL. 2. "You need to send an email and request a quote so we can give you a quote" - I already have a quote. Actually, I now have 2. So now you want me to go through the whole process again?? 3. "If you don't like it you can go somewhere else" - Guess what.... I DID. IMPRINT REVOLUTION (down the street from them) not only gave me a better price, but actually appreciated my business. I tried to order four shirts and had email confirmations for the shirts - all that had to be finalized was the color of the shirt. I'm colorblind and asked them to best match the color of the shirt to the art - Delfino said they can't do that because it's not their order. I said to use their best judgement because I'm unable and I would approve it in writing so they had no liability. Delfino refused to provide that accommodation and also refused service. read more

Really impressed and it's cheaper than a shirt off the rack, with a design. I wanted a simple shirt... black logo on a grey American Apparel blank, which you can request, or go with a black or white blank which is faster... but they can order you custom blanks if you know what you want. My quote was $21 and it was done within basically three days since they had to order the blank for me. As a point of reference, the 'other place' literally within walking distance of here wanted $40-something for ONE t-shirt, haha. (I think around $45) I was like, "Yeah, no." Most places charge more for just one because it's a pain in the ass to set it up and only run one vs. knocking out, like, 10 after the set-up... but the other place is nuts while these guys are fair. The quality is perfect, not some plasticky logo, it's embedded in the fabric like a real t-shirt should be. I would say the only improvement is for them because I fear that they could get stuck with people flaking... when I ordered, they just put it through without a deposit. To me, they should take a deposit or hold a card on file because what if I flaked? Then, they're stuck with some shirt and the expense of the work and the blank. That's one thing I'd tell them to help them, especially in this town. And, when I picked it up, the guy was too cool, asked me if I'd paid. I could have walked right out. I mean, it's amazing that there's that amount of trust with the customers but there are too many idiot customers that could hose them. But yeah, I highly recommend and from the other reviews, they can turn it around quickly if you get a standard blank but I wanted something specific (and probably more expensive) so you might get a better deal even. But get an American Apparel blank, it's worth it. Anyway... I really hope these guys stay around for a while, I'll definitely coming back. read more

Delfino was our guy during this process. Nice guy but I think they had their heads up their @$$. After three tries at getting five shirts done for which we had our own design sent to them, they couldn't do it right. He ended up refunding me in the end and was only slightly apologetic. How could they do hundreds of shirts for their large clients if they can do one order right? Very displeased with the service we got. Update Delfino called me the next day and ended up doing the shirts for free on the third try. He apologized and while the job was still done poorly, we did end up getting a good set. I can't say enough about these guys!! I came in on Wednesday night 2 hours before they closed needing prints for 35 hoodies for the next day by 3pm. When I arrived at this cute little shop they were already hard at work on other jobs!!! They took their time and looked at our artwork and even edited the file I sent to adjust colors. I was short 10 hoodies and they stayed open while I drove around LA to source more. I dropped off what I had that night and assured I would be back in the morning with the rest. When 11am the next day arrived and I hadn't showed with the 10 they even called to follow up! By 2pm I got a call saying my order was ready!!!! I did not have anyone to pick up so I called an Uber these guys loaded my last minute rush order into an Uber for me. When the hoodies arrived I was BLOWN AWAY. By the quality of work. It was perfection like we had bought them off the rack. If you are ever in need of silk screen printing work in Los Angeles GO TO THESE GUYS. They will not disappoint. I really wanted to give this place a try. I began exchanging emails with rep who was very nice however there was no follow through. I don't have experience ordering this type of product but I was very clear in what I needed, the logo was provided, and the request was straight forward. I understand business isn't running as usual due to Covid and I was truly hoping to do my part by supporting a local business. I emailed this company several times and expressed my desire to get the samples ordered so that I could proceed. On two occasions, I was told the invoice was coming or being sent, yet it never materialized. My experience left me feeling frustrated that after so many back and forth emails, I wasn't even able to order my samples. A total waste of my time. Wow - this place is THE BEST! Last minute, my fiancé wanted to make some shirts for his bachelor party, but we couldn't order online because it wouldn't get to us in time. I found this store on yelp (they're brand new and only opened 4 months ago) - we went on Monday, showed them the artwork we wanted, and ordered 4 T-shirts and even personalized the lower corner of the shirt to say the city & year of the bachelor party. They had to order the color T-shirts we wanted, and I picked up our order on Thursday. The T-shirts were PERFECT! And the cost of each shirt with white silk screen was about $25 each with the yelp discount (I think it was $16 for the Tees + silk screen; digital printing would have been a few dollars less, but we thought the artwork popped better with silk screen). We worked with Delphino - who was very conscientious and easy going - and they make sure to call and let you know when the order is completed. This is such a cool store because they had so many different color Tees to choose from, the material's super soft, fit is really good (slightly slim fit Men's, and the women's Tees were a very cute fit -- I liked the women's Medium (even though I'm typically a small)), and with the personalization the possibilities are endless (bridal party gifts, birthday gifts, Xmas gifts). Tshirt Lab's website is clean and simple to navigate, although I would have liked to be able to see/compare product prices myself instead of calling to ask for multiple options. When I had questions and wanted recommendations, I was able to reach Delfino on the phone every time I called and on email with quick response times. In person, Delfino was just as helpful and accommodating. There was a problem with my order, which led to a delay of a few days, but Tshirt Lab preemptively went above and beyond to more than make up for it.
