Then she took off on a tirade informing me she was not going to do this for free when THEY sell watch batteries and people go elsewhere. There was no intent on my part for J&J to provide a free service I explained to her. Still not satisfied she continued to berate me, making no effort to fix my watch. I asked her for the item back and that I would go elsewhere. While I understand her frustration she lacked professionalism and was inappropriate with a paying customer. Impulse buying is a merchants livelihood. The concept is during the interim while she is fixing my watch I would be browsing through their store discovering a not-needed-but-wanted pair of earrings or bracelet.
