Billie set very clear expectations from the start on how he works with dogs like mine - slowly introducing them to other dogs and walking me through his entire process. His energy is calm, professional and incredibly friendly. After just a few interactions, I felt confident my dog was in great hands and that this was the right fit for both his team and my pup. He offered a solution that works well for us and when I picked my dog up, she was happy, exhausted and clearly had a full day of healthy stimulation in the company of great humans and pups. I'm excited to continue bringing her here for daycare and boarding. When I picked puppy up he was still inside his crate. When I opened the gate I took him out and noticed his tail was covered with his poop. I usually keep a piece of my clothing inside his crate and even the clothing was completely soiled! I am complaining about Joe the owner of this Company. He said it was fresh poop that was inside the crate and that my puppy went poop as I was picking him up (?) That's not right and obviously false because I have pictures to prove it. He really did not attend to my puppy all day and could not admit that he didn't The poop was obviously not fresh. It was old poop and it had been inside his crate for hours and my poor puppy was sadly sitting in it. Please note: Puppy suffered stress and mistreatment. For how long and which days? I don't know. The pictures are upsetting and obvious. It is pet abuse when a puppy is left in his crate all day long sitting in his own feces. Also note: This Company does not have an up to date business license. Please beware of taking your puppy to this establishment!

Although I won free walking services we needed some extra days and their fees are more than reasonable. Having two Chihuahuas with different needs, I was nervous to hand them over to a dog walker for fear they would misbehave. In the end, Karen was really good with our pups and even sent us pictures of them while we were on vacation. She knew that out senior Chorkie had different needs than our feisty Chiweenie puppy and made every effort to give them both TLC. She even gave our cat some lovin when she came by the house. I was so very grateful to know that each one of my dogs was cared for in a special way while we were out of town. They got the walks they needed and my mind was at ease. She was not listed on yelp, but Yelp listed other dog trainers in the search results and that is how I found Dog Remedy. When I first saw Dog Remedy on yelp, they had 5 stars. Of course I was skeptical at first, but then I read every single review and when I was finished, I wasn't interested in contacting the other dog trainer recommended by my Vet anymore. I just had to contact David Reinecker! There was only one reason I needed a dog trainer. I have 2 dogs, a female corgi and a male Miniature Pinscher. Every now and then, the corgi would attack the Min Pin. I was desperate and under pressure by the husband to give up the corgi. My husband was even rather skeptical of my hiring a dog trainer. He thought the corgi was beyond help. I called Dog Remedy and Tatiana scheduled our first appointment, saying we would probably need 3 sessions one week apart. The price was definitely reasonable, especially after spending so much money on the Min Pin's hospital bills. When David came to see us, he sat down and talked to us at length about the problems we were facing. Then he started to show us what we needed to do with the dogs. Basically we needed to train the dogs so they know we are the alpha over them. I also mentioned to David that my corgi was fearful of other dogs and would always lunge and bark at them on our walks. She was so afraid that she would always launch the initial preemptive strike to ward them off. We went outside for a walk hoping to encounter other dogs so he could show me what to do. We didn't see any other dogs, but he taught me how to walk with her anyways and what to do when other dogs approach. He said we needed to practice the training daily and he would check in with us in about a week. The day after the first visit, we took the dogs out for a walk and I implemented the training taught by David when I saw a dog owner and his 3 dogs. One of his dogs was not on the leash and I was very cautious, not knowing what might happen. But instead of barking and being afraid, my corgi sat next to me calmly, let the dog without the leash come close to her and didn't even flinch when the dog sniffed her butt! Then the two other dogs that were on the leash came close too. And my corgi let one of them sniff her nose! I was amazed! This would never have happened, normally she would probably have barked like crazy and lunged at them to scare them off. We also noticed that she is no longer afraid of gardeners with loud tools and large trucks. David came to see us one more time and he was very happy with the improvement in the dogs' behavior. He said he could tell as soon as he walked in that the dogs are different now. He was also confident that we did not need a 3rd session. I'm happy to say that there has not been any attacks on the Min Pin since and we continually use David's techniques and training to keep our dogs in check.
