I've been coming here for years and will be coming here for many years more. It's the only place I've ever found where my pups are comfortable and well cared for. Tucked away near the 10 freeway, it's a little hard to find, and the parking is limited, but the customers tend to be spread out in their pick up and drop off times enough that it's usually not a problem. The only real busy time is after work. When I board my dogs, I'm always comforted knowing they are in such good care. As a dog owner of a pup with lots of medical needs, I know they are reliable at delivering his medications on time and updating me of any problems. his medications as needed. When I'm traveling, they send me photos of both my pups and tell me how they are getting along and what they are doing. It's fun to hear them interacting with the other dogs and how they make friends. Both my pups are excited to arrive and greet all the workers there happily. Joann has been a stand out over the years and even recommended an excellent veterinarian nearby for us. The only thing I've found that I don't like here, is how it always smells like dog urine. It's understandable with that many dogs coming and going but it's very unpleasant, and I feel like it traps me into buying the expensive bath for my dogs because they are so stinky when they leave. read more

I talked to multiple staff members, including one of the managers in preparation and when my roommate went to drop off my dog, they refused to take her. It probably isn't my place, but I'd like to address some previous negative reviews as a person with a logical and normal-functioning brain: - Doggie Dentals are expensive, but the best. I brush my dogs teeth, but a true deep clean is needed from time to time. If you don't understand what 'every 4 months' means, I'd advise that you invest in a calendar. - If you don't pay a little extra to get your dog washed, your dog will smell like a dirty dog when you pick them up. - Don't adopt a dog with anxiety/issues if you don't know how to properly train and work with a dog who has anxiety/issues. All shelters provide 'best guesses' as to age and breed of rescue dogs. What if the original owners are the ones who lied? Thanks to all the hardworking staff members at Cagefree. Really poor and rude service. The woman who's the wife of the owner is very shady. She deleted my HONEST review. She's CONSTANTLY ON YELP deleting reviews. SHAME ON YELP for letting her get away with it. My complaint was that they overcharged me 2 months AFTER I brought my dog in for a daycare. Now I called and asked politely to refund me the charge to which they said they cannot find it and they would NEVER use my card for anything outside of the camping/boarding. Simply. Not. True. My card was charged and their name was on the charge. When I chargedback they actually said to the bank that was additional charge for the food the dog was provided. For one day the dog was there I mind you! And the additional charge on top of 55 was 176. That's impossible for a dog to eat that much in one day. I won't ever be back. read more

Beware of the Doggie Dental Cleaning here. I brought my dog back for an appointment today after 4 months and 1 week. The price they advertise is $65 if you bring your dog every 4 months. When they finished the cleaning after about 25 minutes they told me the price would be $145. This is the price they advertise as the highest price you would pay if it is your first time coming. When I asked how it jumped from $65 to $145 when I was just 1 week past the 4 months from the last cleaning, the cleaner tersely replied "You should have come on time. It was a big job." Well, they had my dog in back so I kind of had to pay. And I guess it was on me for not getting the price ahead of time. But just beware - get your price confirmed ahead of time! read more

The first thing I noticed was the smell of urine and feces before I even opened the door to the reception area. I was taken on a tour of the place and was shocked at the number of dogs in each area. The dogs were walking around on top of each other - not playing, just following one of the staff around the room. There were two staff people in the medium and large dog rooms and more than 30 dogs in each! The dogs did not bark when a new dog came into the area which I find very strange because it's a natural thing for a pack of dogs to do when a new one enters. This place also rescues dogs from shelters and puts them right into the same area that my dog would be in. Some of the dogs are not socialized at all. The staff were taking them out for potty breaks and holding the lead very tight and close. That's fine, but they were not being held while in with the regular dogs. Do I want to put my dog in with a pack of dogs that are not socialized? Am I going to allow my animal to be placed in a dingy, nasty smelling, filthy warehouse with more than 30 other dogs some of which are extremely agressive, with no more than two boys to care for her? I think not. When I read the forms I was shocked that they would suggest my dog might DIE while in their care and I should sign an agreement to hold them harmless. I DON'T THINK SO. These people need to clean up their act. They put peoples precious pets in jeopardy. I don't know how anyone could give them any more than one star. read more

If you treat your dog like family, I wouldn't recommend this facility. I've been looking for doggie daycare and came to this place based on a recommendation. It's a little tricky finding this place if you're not familiar with the area. When I first walked in, I was hit with a strong odor that made my nose wrinkle. My first impression was that this facility wasn't very clean. The girls at the front desk seemed like they were being inconvenienced when I inquired about prices, boarding, etc. They were able to give me a tour of the facility and told me to bring my dog for a temperament test to see what room he would be placed in. I went back the following day for the temperament test (no appointment needed). They took my dog in the back, but didn't say anything. I had to ask the girl at the desk if they were giving him the temperament test. She said, "Yes, and that it would only take a few minutes." I asked if I could watch, but the girl explained that dogs act differently when their owners are present. It makes sense, but it would've been nice if they explained what they were going to do and how long it would take. My dog was back in literally two minutes. Afterwards, they put him in the room with the larger dogs. I was able to observe him through a second story window. My dog was clearly uncomfortable as he was pacing and running looking for a way out. The employee didn't seem concerned and just asked when I would be bringing him back. This facility is clearly more concerned about taking your money and not the welfare of your furry friend! read more

I love this place and so does my dog. It's cage free which means the dogs are in a supervised room rather than individual cages. There are at least 2 employees with the dogs at all times. The facility is extremely clean & the staff is fantastic. You can tell every last one of them loves dogs and their jobs. 3 days into a 5 day stretch for my pooch I received an email with a pic of him getting a treat and a quick recap how how he was doing. Even though I knew he was fine, it was nice to randomly receive the email. The cons: Inconvenient location - hard to get in & out of the place. Forget about it during rush hour traffic. Also, my dog always smells horrible when I pick him. Particularly a couple days before his last visit, I made the mistake of getting him bathed. He smelled like a petting zoo when I picked him up! I'm in no way blaming Cage free for this. If anything I blame the other pet owners lol. And they do offer grooming services which I have never used. read more

This review is years overdue. Carefree K-9 Camp was my pup's home away from home for nearly a decade, and he shook with excitement and radiated joy every time we pulled into the parking lot. He couldn't wait to go in, and upon our arrival, for boarding or daycare, whomever was behind the desk that day would inevitably greet him enthusiastically by name. I never had to worry about leaving him and there was no separation anxiety when I went out of town -- the staff was affectionate and caring, and he had a clique of doggie friends of similar breed (apparently they gravitated toward each other) he would play with and lounge in the sun with. And the love extended beyond the facility. We were on a hike in Griffith Park one day when my dog got excited and started pulling to go towards some stranger. The girl said, "Luca?" calling my pup by name, and came over to pet him, explaining she was staff at Cagefree and knew him well. He had friends I didn't even know about! One time when I was boarding him, I became ill on my trip and had to extend his stay last minute, only to get a call that he had developed an abscess. They took him to his own vet for treatment, gave him his meds on a schedule every day, and then went over everything with me when I was well enough to fly home. I also signed my dog up for an in-house training program that was very successful as well as convenient. I could go on and on, but I'll wrap by saying that this facility was a huge part of my beloved dog Luca Brasi's beautiful life while he was this earth and I'll always be grateful. I thought long and hard as to whether I wanted to change my carefree lifestyle....and adopt a dog. I toiled with the pros and cons and decided the pros outweighed the cons. I emailed Cage Free and made an appointment to visit/meet the dog. A lovely pit bull-dox mix, with the beauty, charm and personality that was absolutely captivating. When I got to the facility it smelled and there was a sense of dog but I knew that going in. When I met her, she was shy, timid, understandably skittish and indeed I was apprehensive. I tried to bond and admittedly, I just fell in love with her...I made a quick trip to Ross to pick up some doggie digs and I went to go pick her up. I work at home and the last 2 weeks have been so much fun, my choice was without a doubt, prime. The adoption policy is fairly simple, my dog came spayed, immunized and with a micro-chip. The facility also offers dog-sitting, training and long term care for travel. I will definitely be taking her back when we travel. Our new family member is potty trained, listens to simple commands, walks well on a leash and does well at restaurants. I never knew how much happiness a rescue dog could make....she's changed my life and I saved hers. I totally support rescuing a pet, it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. This is such a fabulous program. My puppy was needing some puppy socialization time badly and this is a great place to get it. He LOVES playing here and gets really excited when we pull in. All his previous behaviors of nipping and growling disappeared after the first few sessions. Once you're signed up it's so easy, drop off and pickup are quick and uncomplicated. Everything is clean and orderly and the classes are divided by size. There are beds for snoozing and toys, lunch is the same premium brand we have at home. Messes are cleaned up quickly by staff so he never comes home stinHalf days are super affordable. I can not recommend this place enough. UPDATE: why oh why aren't there more stars to give?? My dog had an eye emergency and we drove all over wla trying to get help and like Dorothy said, it's in your own backyard. After getting turned down at half a dozen places cage-free k9 helped so that we could save my dogs eye. Some places say 'when you're here you're family, but they actually deliver on that here. But now my dog has worms and she's never even had a cold for 10 years. :( having booked her here over the 4th of July, one would have to assume that's where they came from. Maybe not, but it seems that's the case. Other than that, I really appreciated the updates! You get an email with a pic and status update + a little camper certificate at the end if your dog is a first timer. I was super worried, having never boarded my dog her whole life in a cage-free place with other animals, but the staff were awesome in making me feel reassured. I also loved that they held regular hours and had pick up until 8pm on the 4th of July. Most places just charge extra for holidays then aren't open on those days for animal pick-up. Don't bring your dog here. My puppy got hurt here and they sent me to their vet and said they would cover the charges. I confirmed multiple times that they would cover the cost if I went to their vet because if not I would have taken my puppy to our regular vet. They confirmed each time. A few things happened next: 1. At the vet office, the staff informed me they get dogs in from Cagefree K9 "all the time" and when I asked her what "all the time" meant she said multiple times per week. She continued on, explaining that they "let the dogs fight" (her words exactly). Her boss called me to apologize profusely but when asked about the claim that they let the dogs fight did not dispute it. [Note: Cagefree K9 obviously denied this] 2. The vet asked for a follow up. Cagefree K9 then decided they didn't want to cover the charges anymore. They have fought the entire way and refuse to accept responsibility despite my puppy being absolutely fine when I dropped him off and unable to walk when I picked him up. Dogs play rough, I get it. But the biggest issue with this (other than the shady back and forth about covering vet bills) was that they denied any incidents involving my dog. If they had told me that he was playing rough with some dogs and he tweaked his leg or foot or whatever then it would have been a completely different story. The fact that NO ONE could tell me anything unusual happened that could have led to his limp was a huge red flag. They wouldn't let me see the cameras in the play area either. It definitely indicates that the staff at the vet's office was telling the truth.... read more

I have been taking my dog here for about a year now and I have nothing but positive things to say. I initially heard of this place from a work colleague who takes her dog here and she highly recommend it. My dog, Chloe, is an active 40 lb rescue. She goes to Cagefree Monday through Friday for about 10 hours every day and boards a few times a year. This place is very clean and has indoor and outdoor sections. They are more than happy to give you a tour of the facilities. Pictures of your dog can be sent if you request for them. Pros - The facilities and people are AMAZING. Chloe has some anxiety and can be a spaz. The fabulous people here are more than happy to work with me. They remembered my name and Chloe's within a week. They are extremely caring and friendly people. The front desk staff is extremely responsive when I call or email them and they always follow up on requests. I truly feel that Cagefree is Chloe's second home. She absolutely loves it there which puts me at ease when I am away at work or out of town. I am very pleased that she comes home content and tired. :) I have contacted them regarding training for Chloe and I don't think I've ever had more thorough phone and in-person conversation regarding training. I am confident that anyone that brings their dogs here will love Cagefree as much as I do. The one and only con - Location sucks balls. Maybe other people don't have much of an issue with the location at first, but I sure did. I promise this place absolutely wonderful and worth it. PRO TIP!! - Do yourself a favor and stare at Google maps before going and more importantly, don't go during rush hour for your first time. The road signs are confusing and I think Google maps has a minor error. It is better to have your Google maps open and running, and look at the route and follow the map route versus listening to Google maps. Bottom line: Chloe and I love this place!! read more

I don't know where to start. We have a Vizsla puppy named Molly. We took there in January 2018 and she almost died. She came in a happy, healthy puppy and after a week of the training, the facility called us to say she was sick -- she contracted Giada there. They insisted that they keep her. After 3 days of continuous vet visits there, we decided to go there and take her home, but they did not recommend it still. When we saw Molly, we were in shock. She was skeleton and bones, depressed, and close to dying. Yet they did not want us to pick her up. She needed be around her loving family to survive because she was depressed and not eating. The few days after we brought her home, she was paranoid, afraid, and kept looking at shadows. She was traumatized. It's still been 3 weeks and she's still has diarrhea. Cagefree K9 has done nothing to help us since, not even a phone call. We took her home a week early, but they refused to give any partial credit. So at this point, we wasted $1,500 in training, without any tips on how to continue the training. They just abandoned us. Luckily our father is a veterinarian, otherwise we would also have been out $2,000 in medical bills. I do not trust Cagefree K-9 camp. It's been so sad to see our puppy go through this ordeal. We are not bothering to go after them for even a refund because we are so happy to have her back home and alive. read more

I made an appt. and Lars met me with punctuality, kindness and more information than I could have hoped for. Everyone--from trainers to front desk--took the time to meet my needs 100% and I never once had a feeling of doubt with the facility. The premises were clean, neat, controlled and above all inviting. It's a dog-care facility and smelled exactly like dogs--nothing disturbing, nothing gross, and nothing out of the ordinary. If you love your dogs and want a safe, caring environment, then this is the place to be, hands-down. As far as training, the process and care they gave my dog was unsurpassed. Lars was on-point with updates, information and post-training instructions. The prices were extremely fair compared to other facilities I checked out throughout LA and they have snagged me as a repeat customer not only for doggie daycare, but for training refresher courses as well. Above all, this was the best choice I could have made for my peace of mind and my dog's well-being. We truly couldn't be happier with our experience. Arrow will be boarding in July & August, they have a large indoor/outdoor doggy park which is comforting to us knowing he won't be stuck in a small yard or a cage since they are cage free. I had to stop taking my dog here for a couple of reasons. For one, every time I picked her up, even after one day or a few hours, she would reek like feces and urine. The stench is overwhelming when you first walk in despite strong deodorizers they use to try and cover it up. My dog's fur would capture the smell and filth and I'd have to give her a bath immediately when we got home. Second, while there are a few truly lovely staff people that work there, the rest seem jaded and uncaring. My dog suffers from seperation anxiety and would get very anxious every time I'd have to drop her off. I'll never forget one time a staff member dragged my flailing dog down the hall with a cinch leash as she was choking and gasping for air. If a staff member would do that with me standing there, I can only imagine how they treat the dogs when the owners aren't present. I'm actually surprised they have as many glowing reviews as they do. read more

Full disclosure: I haven't used Cagefree boarding/training/day care services, so I can't comment on that aspect, but as a rescue organization, they get a double-thumbs up from me. I adopted Max (formerly known as Mandela) from Cagefree in December 2015. We're about to celebrate our second anniversary, and I can't even begin to express how much he's changed my life. Cagefree and Overland Veterinary Clinic rescued him after his previous owners brought him in after he was hit by a car. They insisted that the vet put him down (?!), but thankfully, the vet refused. Cagefree paid for his surgery and took care of him for 3 months -- during which time no one came to see him. (Black Dog Syndrome? No one wanted a possibly crippled dog? Don't know, but glad no one else wanted him!) Even though he looked like a ragamuffin with crazy hair and a shaved butt (he lost his tail) in his adoption profile, I went to see him, thinking I would "just see" what his deal was. Somehow, he ended up coming home with me -- weird! Cagefree staffers obviously took good care of him -- he was happy, healthy, and completely recovered from his accident. The adoption specialist was really nice and not pushy at all; she texted me in the days after I took Max home to check on him/us. I'm 100% obsessed with this little nugget; he makes me laugh every day, and I spoil him rotten. So grateful that Cagefree took him in so that we could find each other. read more

I have a small Jack Russell/Weiner rescue dog named Shadow, and she had a lot of issues with anxiety, listening, and aggression with other dogs as well as children. Before going to Cage Free K9 Camp, I had done many private training sessions. The private training sessions were honestly a waste of my money because they were expensive and only lasted an hour. When Lars, the head trainer, suggested that I do their board and train program for 4 weeks, I was skeptical again of wasting my money. Lars reassured that he would send progress reports, and even keep Shadow for a little extra time free of charge if need. Sure enough, he sent photos, videos, and written explanations of Shadow's improvements. After getting Shadow back, Lars met with me to show me how to work with Shadow on her new training. She has definitely been a better listener since, and has had significant positive behavior changes. Her uncomfortableness and aggression with other dogs continued, however, so I signed Shadow up for social school. Alex, the lead trainer, would send updates on her progress. She went once or twice a week for about two months and is now comfortable being around other dogs and even plays with them sometimes. She is now eligible to be a part of general day care play groups. I have seen such good results and Shadow has been so happy since she started going to school here. I'm going to continue taking her here! I highly recommend that you take your dog to Cage Free K9 camp. I've never once felt like they were just interested in taking my money. They really care about helping you and your dog understand each other and have a better relationship. read more

I wish I could say something good, but our last experience at Cagefree means we won't be taking our dog back. When I picked her up, I asked, "Any problems?" The receptionist said, "No, she was an angel, we love her." Then, when we got her home, we noticed that she had a large, matted wad of fur and something else on her butt. The "something else" turned out to be blood and Quik-Stop -- a styptic gel that's used to stop bleeding. She had two deep puncture wounds -- a severe bite. The styptic had been smeared on, and that was it. Underneath the matted hair, the bites were still open and bleeding, about 1/4 inch to 1/2 inch deep. When I called Cagefree, the manager told me she had no way of knowing what happened, couldn't tell me when my dog was bitten, and that she didn't know why she wasn't taken to the vet, or why the receptionist didn't at least inform me of the bite. But she did say, "Well, it was probably kind of her own fault." We took our dog to the vet, and we were told that since the bite had been ignored for so long, the tissue around the wound had gone dead. And might require more than just the two stitches she's already gotten. I know they care about dogs there -- they do a shelter/rescue program, and the first time we took our dog for a stay, she came home happy, and tired. But this was just not acceptable to us. And I know dogs play, and sometimes they play rough. But this is a bite my dog got on her butt, which means her back was turned. And at the very least, I expect the staff to tell me about it, even if they can't take the time to get her to the vet themselves. One other thing the manager said to me: "We can't watch your dog all the time for the five days she was here." Funny, I thought that's what I was paying for. read more

Our German Shepherd had been bullying our 2 smaller dogs, and we were concerned. He asked us to bring all 3 dogs although our questions were really only about 1 dog. That was smart, because dogs have a pack mentality so the way one behaves will be impacted by the others and vice versa. He took us on a tour of the entire facility and it was extremely clean and well maintained. Then he observed our dogs together and their interactions, and we showed him what the dogs did and did no know. He gave us some extremely useful tips and pointed us toward a web site, multidoghomes.com, which has information about how "packs" of dogs in a home work things out, and then followed up with us in a week or so. He was really honest--he said that if we followed his tips and the info on the website that we probably didn't need additional training for our dogs. I couldn't believe it---we assumed that [pretty much anyone in that spot] would've told us we need a lot of expensive training. I was impressed. I intend to take the Shepherd back to K9 for their boarding-training package the next time we go out of town. read more

The staff all have a genuine love for the dogs, and mine have always been treated well. When my pitbull/basenji mix dove into a fight that had broken out around feeding time, she got the brunt of the injuries with a puncture on her ass and a bite on her back. Jill, the owner of Cagefree, took my dog to the City Of Angels 24 hour emergency room, sat with her and kept her calm, and made sure she was taken care of completely. While it would be nice to think that taking your dog to an open play space will always be risk free, they are still dogs and accidents happen. I can say that in the case of this emergency, the owner took a vested interest in making sure everything was taken care of, and gave a full and immediate briefing over the phone. I was shaken, but everything turned out well. I would recommend Cagefree for dogs that have been socialized and can hold their own in groups of dogs. We have been taking our golden, Finnegan , to Cage free for 3 years now. The people at this place truly love dogs. Although Finnegan only goes 3-4 times a year, every time we call to make a reservation they know him by name. The owner of this camp is a vet tech herself, and I know I am leaving Finn in good hands. They also operate as a rescue facility and I love getting their monthly updates about new rescues/dogs lives they've saved. The best part about cage free is the HUMAN who sleeps in the room with your dogs at night. Nothing is more comforting than knowing that there is a trained individual there 24/7 to ensure that your dog is safe at night. When i send Finn to camp, i expect him to come home tired and smelly. Lately we've been paying for them to give him a bath before he is brought home- but i'm happy to know that finn has an AWESOME time playing with other doggies the entire time he's at camp. read more

I love this place. I've been taking my doberman here for daycare and the occasional boarding (one or two nights a month) for the past three years and she absolutely loves it. She has separation anxiety and pretty much refuses to leave my side, except for when we go here she can't get in fast enough with nary a look back at me. The people here all know her and it's clear that she's excited to see them, even though she's usually pretty skittish (dobes typically aren't as fierce as they're portrayed). The employees are all very friendly and my pup also benefitted greatly from some training with Sylvano to get rid of some of her fear agression behavior. As far as the facilities, they're clean and the dogs have a lot of fun as well as supervision that is necessary in a cage free environment. Also, since the sleeping area is cage free as well, unlike a lot of kennels, there's always someone with the dogs overnight, which is key with my dog who can't be alone without freaking out. Also, their groomer does a great job washing my dog when leaving, and while admittedly a doberman doesn't really need much work given their short hair, I can say that the shampoo smells great! Pricing is pretty industry-standard when done a la carte, but their VIP packages are extremely well-priced relative to the market. In three years of coming here, I've only ever had one incident with my dog where she was bit on the hind leg. The staff told me what happened immediately and I can't complain since dogs will be dogs, and mine can admittedly be a brat sometimes. This is a follow up to my one star review on Wags Club, Santa Monica. After being rejected from Wags Club, I reached out to a friend at Karma rescue and was referred to Cagefree K-9. Night 1: I stopped by to check out the place and explain my situation. The staff listened and welcomed us into their care. Day 2: The very next morning I dropped off my pup for temperament testing and daycare. At 11am, I hadn't heard a thing from the staff so being the crazy pet parent I am, I called to check status. On the first call, Gris (pronounced Grease) was apprehensive and stand offish but they assured me not to worry as they were working with her and easing her into the pack in intervals. By my second call at 3pm, Gris was playing and doing just fine. Night 2: Cagefree emailed me a video of Gris playing with some new friends. Yes, I did sleep better that night! Day 3: Gris is back! This morning she jumped out of the car and headed straight in to hang. She was greeted by 3 staff members who recognized her and had already memorized her name! In this short time it's clear that the staff loves dogs, is invested in the well being of every dog, and is willing to work on acclimating dogs into the pack with some tack! I'm sure it's VERY clear that I'm relieved that Gris IS still the 80 pound cuddle muffin I raised from pup-hood! Obviously, I'm overjoyed with my experience at Cagefree K9 and Gris is too! read more

My husband and I did a lot of homework and legwork when we set out on our quest to find the right boarding facility for our dog. We ended up choosing CageFree K-9 for a few reasons: . We were not assaulted by a wall of urine scented air when we entered the building (as we were at a previous 'high end' facility we had visited earlier in the day). CageFree K-9 was clean from top to bottom and DID NOT smell like cleaning solutions. . We were able to observe happy dogs/owners doing drop-offs ad pick-ups. The only 'dragging' that we saw were dogs not being able to get their owners in to the building fast enough! . We were able to tour and examine ALL of the facility. (At another place we visited, my husband was almost ejected by the owner after he insisted on seeing where they would be keeping our dog! We would never leave our dog at a place that would not allow us to see anything beyond the reception area). . There were MANY happy, active adults supervising the dogs in the large play yard. Lots of activity - no fights! . Vet techs on staff! . The staff was cheerful every time I called to check on my dog daughter, and I called twice a day for 6 days! Now for the ONLY 4 STARS rational - We have left our dog in the care of Cage Free K-9 on 4 occasions. 2 were boarding her for 1 week, and the other two times were day care situations. Twice after returning home (once after a week-long stay and once after a day-long stay) the poor dog was projectile vomiting and had a severe case of diarrhea. In both instances we had to take her to the vet for a shot and special dog food (ID). The vet supposed that the dog had most likely been stressed which caused this reaction. No illness/disease ever presented itself from these episodes. If I HAD TO - I would leave my precious here again as I feel the environment is clean, safe and well run. We adopted a two years old mini Pinscher mix and didn't quite realize how high-maintenance he would be. We can drop him off at Cagefree K-9 Camp at any time (without an appointment) and let him play with other dogs his size (dogs that have also passed the 'non-aggressive' test). Every dog (large and small) that we have seen going in to this place is beyond happy (ours practically breaks the window of the car to get out). The staff is exceptional...very kind and professional. If we leave food to be fed at a certain time, it is done. I have never written a Yelp review, but this place deserves it. Very grateful. read more

Great people that really seem to care about the animals! We have even boarded our dog there after getting him from them and it is also a very clean facility. We would definitely go to them again in the future if we were going to adopt a dog. read more

They do love dogs, they even have a rescue. Very sweet people, a tiny bit pricier than some places but really not much and not at all when you are South of Beverly Hills and soem of the money may be used to rescue some dogs. read more
