I started with fried foie gras with apples and it was delicious. Everything you expect from a seared foie gras and the sweetness of the apples was a great pairing. My wife had the duck terrine and it was well prepared and tasty. My favorite thing, hands down, was the duck leg confit. I am huge fan of this dish and this was frankly one of the best I have had in a long while. The skin was rendered crispy and just fall off the bone tender meat. My side was fried and they were good fried. The one dish that did not meet expectations was the duck breast. It had a decent flavor but was way too rare and was not properly trimmed. The fat just did not render which made for a tough, unfortunately, inedible dish. The chocolate mousse for dessert was so good! You can see in the picture we couldn't even wait to get the picture. Overall, very pleased with everything except the duck, but it would not stop me from going back. Next time I would just ask for a more medium rare duck.
