What's not to love about a mass producing Mexican bread factory that doubles as a full blown…read moretraditional food restaurant??!?! Soooo delicious. Get here early if you want more options. They definitely stay stocked but this place is POPULAR. You grab a tray and pick your breads, then pay at the counter facing the entrance which is also where you order food. They'll give you a number and have many tables to sit at. All breads were good and fresh. Tried the crispy beef tacos which were no nonsense packed with meat. The green salsa they served with it was bomb. Also tried a bean and cheese burrito which was very delightful even though they don't have sour cream or rice which is odd. Staff was super friendly and the woman who helped me recommended the tacos which were really great and very filling. Hard cut off at 11 for breakfast burritos which is what I wanted but ended up being pleasantly surprised with my tacos and burrito. There was an older man facing away from the counter wearing an apron who kept creepily grabbing a younger woman who was employed their by the waist- it was off putting for sure I got the sense she was maybe newer or in training and hope by saying this the manager/owner will ask the girls and provide a safe space. And address the creep. I didn't see anything off any other visit. Will definitely keep coming back when in town. The tortas are supposed to be insanely good so that's on the list for the next round.

This place is Good!! It's really clean inside and workers are very pleasant . Will def be coming…read moreback here

Do not let the old reviews of this place scare you. They are from back when there was a previous…read moreowner. Everything about this bakery has been completely redone from top to bottom and the owner is completely about her customers! Believe me when I tell you that she is about bending over backwards to make the impossible happen! Just while I was waiting, she took two GIANT custom cake orders for the NEXT morning and said, "Don't worry. I'll make it happen. Anything for my customers!" I made the mistake of waiting until the VERY last minute to get cake for my husband's birthday (as in 1.75 hours before our dinner reservation) so I grabbed 4 slices of pink cake from their glass cake to take with us while the kids were happily entertained by the posters of cakes she has previously done and then they played at the kids play station! Let me tell you - everything in the case is baked that very day and extremely moist and delicious! We took the cake with us to Cowboy Prime in Midland, the restaurant by Celebrity Chef, Graham Elliott, and the entire staff from our drink waitress to the maitre'd and the sous chef kept looking at the cake as they walked by our table, talking about how scrumptious it looked when they served their own very expensive dessert (and I only paid $1 per slice)! I also ordered 5 dozen cupcakes for the next day for a surprise birthday party for my husband at his workplace, which I had to add an additional dozen cupcakes to at the last second from the display case at pickup, making it 6 dozen total. Every single person who ate every single one of those 72 individual cupcakes RAVED about how they were the most moist, delicious cupcakes they had ever had and how they must have been incredibly expensive! I only paid $1 per cupcake and I agree - they were way better than cupcakes that I've paid $6-$8/each for back when I was living in Albuquerque! The owner is the baker and her sons work there with her. I received extremely wonderful customer service every single encounter, with one of her sons carrying the cupcakes to my car and anchoring them upon pick up. They also serve coffee in the morning, other pastries, and even sell snow cones! Bottom line: this bakery is one of the best kept secrets being slept on in Odessa and so many people are missing out! Don't be one of the people overpaying for dry cake somewhere else!

Customer Service was great, cake not only looked beautiful but tasted delicious! I would definitely…read more10/10 recommend going through them for your cakes etc.
