It was a blast. Everyone was so nice, it was fun to meet people and enjoy the experience with them. The instructors were awesome! Fun, friendly and informative. The food was phenomenal. We had reverse seared chuck steak with chimichurri, flavorful roasted potatoes, not your average roasted cauliflower, a light and tasty fennel/celery salad and an amazing roasted onion hummus with spicy chickpeas. For dessert I learned to make cream puffs and it was accompanied by an awesome in-house tea. I can't wait to book my next class with more friends. This place is awesome, can't recommend enough. Such a fun date night or friends night out. Heck, something fun to do yourself! Learn a new skill and get a great meal out of it. It comes with a store discount so I racked up before leaving. Big fan.

It is the perfect way to virtually travel to SK and as a former world traveler, I was blown away by how authentic this place was. From the kimbap expertly wrapped in triangle-shaped plastic to the adorable photo booth that offers visitors a chance to take silly photos with props and special effects, Seoul Stop reminded me so much of my time in Korea. The tuna kimbap was spicy and rich while the bulgogi kimbap featured sweet and savory beef enveloped in soft pillowy rice. We also enjoyed the wide variety of Korean snacks, with our favorites being the BBQ drumstick chips and the chocolate Pepero. The green onion popcorn was also surprisingly addictive and turned out to be the perfect movie-watching snack. Seoul Stop also has a few fresh dessert items like red bean buns, ice creams, and assorted cake slices. There's also quite a few pantry staples like gochujang and kimchi plus lots and lots of ramen! 10/10 If you're in BR looking for a unique experience, I highly recommend Seoul Stop. Service was super friendly and I'll definitely be back to stock up on more snacks!

It was on a Sunday but it was not too busy. I got two pounds of crawfish with their potatoes. The crawfish was juicy and spicy and well seasoned. They were also a good size. The potatoes were soft and spicy with a great kick. The ambiance of the place is chill and gives a gas station type of vibe. It was quiet and it has an open space with no tables and chairs to sit down. They do also sale crabs, items in their freezers, drinks, and other boiled meats. Try them out if you are ever on Scenic Hwy!

One of those places is LTK, which has had a reputation locally as a no-frills option for quality boils, despite being slept on by most folks in the city. They have become an affordable destination for boils, especially during crawfish season. Like so many places in the hood, LTK isn't much to look at. Folks are usually lining up here for most of their crabs, or crawfish, and shrimp when in season. Owned and operated by a Vietnamese family, they are sweet to most folks but take zero ish from anyone. When things get a little hairy in these parts, they're the first to put their foot down. (#1) The menu is pretty simple: shrimp, crawfish, crabs, available in a seasoned boil or fresh (aka live). Shrimp is a premium and not always available, but the crawfish is dynamite. Wherever they're sourcing them is clearly local, since the crawdads are nice and large and well seasoned throughout. I appreciate the corn, potatoes, and eggs that thrown into the mix. They also offer meat like boudin and/or boiled sausage as well as obscure parts like turkey necks, pig feet, etc. Their food is always excellent. The prices are quite good and they're usually a few dollars off from more popular vendors. They accept credit cards ($10 minimum) but prefer cash. There are a lot of signs regarding food stamps, which is only acceptable for certain items but not for boiled meat. Beware of lines during crawfish season and since they run out of inventory practically daily, it's best to call ahead of time. ____________ (#1) Thanks for enforcing social distancing and masks.

We got hot plates of fish, shrimp, smothered steak, jambalaya and boudin. They should really make a sign that explains the ordering process at the steam table. So many items to choose from and you can't be sure what's an entree versus a side. Options are plentiful and everything was good. I was disappointed that they sold the potatoes corn and turkey necks along with the boiled crawfish and shrimp but no sausage nor boiled eggs. This latest iteration tries to meet the community's needs by having a small selection of grocery/convenience items in addition to prepared food offerings. In regard to the prepared food, it seems there are three stations currently where one can order. These involve sandwiches, pizza, and everything else. I've been a patron of the sandwich counter, and I'm particularly fond the club sandwich and the chicken salad sandwich. These come nicely grilled on a sandwich press, with nice grill marks! My co-workers tell me the burgers are very good, with homemade flavor. The pizzas look nice, but as of yet I have not tried them. I'm glad to see a community-focused business returning to this historic location, and I intend to keep going there and trying the menu!

I read the Google reviews and I noticed my experience is not unique to me. If someone is constantly running money out of the door, how do vendors make enough money to pay their rent? With this guy running the place it won't last until the end of the year. Mark my words.
