Management is unresponsive and disorganized. RACHEL never answers phone calls, takes days (sometimes over a week) to respond to emails, and is never in her office -- unless you somehow manage to schedule an appointment, which is nearly impossible due to her lack of communication. We were told we were on a waiting list for a 2-bedroom unit and would be contacted when one opened up. After months of waiting, we find out there was never a waiting list -- Rachel completely changed her story to "first come, first serve." That kind of dishonesty and miscommunication is unacceptable. On top of that, maintenance is horrible. Requests are either ignored or take forever to be completed. It's like no one is actually managing this place. Management creates a catty and passive aggressive environment. totally unprofessional. They will milk as much money as they can from you. They will find a way to blame you for the issues instead of taking accountability and fixing the issue. as well they will also create a very uncomfortable environment with sexual remarks and nasty looks. terrible area as well, I wouldn't allow my children to play without supervision most definitely expect homeless or sketchy people to make advances or conversation as much as possible. they advertise as if it's a quiet calm area when it's the opposite. you would want to be home when packages are delivered as there are thieves that will steal your amazon deliveries (given that's not the complex it's the community) The overall apartments look nothing like the ones listed, expect cabinets with screws half way out and warped bottoms. they say new carpet will be put in and cleaned which is also a lie, the water from tap comes out a milky grey, the community laundry room is made to drain money, with dryers that take 3-4 dries before somewhat drying your clothes that will still come out somewhat wet. there is no ventilation in the bathrooms, enjoy the mold growth to come. As well as no overhead lighting in bedrooms, a dishwasher that will not fit your dishes. roaches will appear as well, other reviews state ants which i would have much rather dealt with than the roaches. the apartments are given half ass cleaned, expect to do your own cleaning upon moving in.

My downstairs neighbor routinely said we were being to noisy and complained allot and we are not noisy. Meanwhile I was awoken from their snoring pretty regularly. Walls are thin you will hear "things". 2) Parking can be a pain, you can get a covered spot or garage for an extra fee. Note the garages have no outlets so if you want to do anything but park your car options are limited. 3) Crime rate is low, a few parked car break-ins, mail box break-ins occurred and they have found homeless persons in unsecured cars before. All in all, it's a safe place where you could call home.

Unlike many other complexes, they never made us feel like we were a nuisance. Instead, they were grateful that we were looking out to help maintain the quality of life in the community. They're on top of everything and always take care of whatever issues come up. They have 2 nice pools and a decently stocked gym. Plenty of guest parking. I decided to not only update my review but also include the pictures I have of the mold that exists in all the apartments. In my first review I tried to remain unbiased to the fact that the owners of Las Brisas used to employ my Husband as the landscaper and for a short time maintenance. He quit like all of the employees of Las Brisas do due to C.P, and due to not getting paid for work performed. After that C.P kicked us out for absolutely no reason at all (which in my three years there I saw happen frequently). She also trumped up bogus charges to take as much deposit as she could from us. But in his time there he performed mold removal on many of the apartments (BTW He is not licensed to do that nor was he experienced) luckily he took pictures of his last mold removal job. I also decided today after reading her bogus review to go ahead and follow through with my original plan and I will be forwarding this on to the proper health officials. If you decide to gain employment with them please be aware it's not a matter of if but when they will refuse to pay you for work you performed. Just as erratic and rude as her post was, will be exactly what you will have to deal with if you make any sort of complaints about her or her not doing her job. Can you imagine having your manager come to you three months later accusing you of not paying your rent?? And then hangs up on you repeatedly when you tell her she is wrong!
