Eating at their breezy back deck was very relaxing!

My wife and I had a very delightful and delicious lunch in Todos Santos after beachtime. They offer a fantastic buffet lunch with such variety we got to taste everything. The carne empanada rellena was both our favorite. I had a bright and fresh Tamarind agua fresca. Just off the main street in El Centro. Have a great meal!!

Out of all the places I've eaten at, probably one of the best. Just a good place overall for some good home cookin'

When the line's out the door and it's mostly locals, you know you've come to the right place! We were craving some local, authentic things and after hearing so many great things about La Generala, we knew we had to try it. We just wanted to come here for a Sunday breakfast...the problem is that we were too late for it. ON AN EVEN BETTER NOTE...their buffet was LIVE and ready to be devoured. Our wait time was about 15-20 min at max which wasn't too horrible. It was for sure WELL WORTH IT! As soon as you walk in, you feel like you've just entered a family's colorful casita/patio. Everything is open, breezy and well ventilated. We were seated in the back area which we loved, right near the buffet station. As is, I'm never really a huge fan of buffets since usually the food isn't as good as it would be if you ordered a la carte. Also, with covid, I didn't really feel too comfortable having everyone touch everything. Good thing La Generala thought of EVERYTHING. The buffet stations had plexi glass, masks were mandatory and also provided. Plastic gloves were also mandatory and provided. Fresh plates available as well. My favorite thing about La Generala's concept is you can eat anything and everything, as much as you like. Their goal is zero waste. So serve yourself only what you will finish and eat. We literally ate everything we had (except for this one soup that was a huge portion). Everything was brought out fresh at the moment, tortillas made in front of you, ingredients were ridiculously insanely amazing. There was not a single "bad item" on our plates. Our guava agua frescas were so delicious and refreshing. This is one of our favorite spots for authentic, large portions, cheap, delicious, homemade, mom and pop, mexican food! Can't wait to be back!!!!!

Best meal we had in the area. Very authentic and delicious! Our favorite was the mole and Rojas- so flavorful. The mole was sweet and it was the first time I've had real mole without all the other Tex Mex condiments. It was amazing! Slightly life changing the corn tortillas were good and the staff was extremely attentive (Arturo was awesome!) The whole restaurant is cute and we really enjoyed our time. PS get the cafe de olla!

The buffet is very popular with locals. I could only eat one full plate plus soup and desert - but some people went back for several plates. The food is considered "traditional Mexican". Flies can be a little annoying and the little fan they put on the table doesn't really help. I liked that the tortillas served were made from blue corn - and that as soon as they ran out of any listed fruit flavor of agua they erased it from the chalk board. The many signs with sayings about food posted on the walls are amusing to read, remember, and share. There is also a bit of a view from the back patio seating area.

This was a last minute pick after a long day ....we came in without reservation and got seated! The 7 of Our party were all impressed with the food the quality in the amount of food served in each plate the service was excellent everybody was very cordial cute little setting on wall that apparently the locals and the tourists enjoy!!! love the decor.

This was pretty good! The barbacoa was the highlight for me (deep flavor, salty, not sweet like in some places, very tender like corned beef) as well as the chichuronnes guisado (wonderful tomatillo-based stews). The chicken mole was too sweet for me and the corn tortillas (handmade in front of you) were underwhelming. Fantastic salsa. Overall great value. Nice airy outdoor space.

Great authentic food! Had to wait about 15 min to get in for brunch but it was worth the wait.

Our food was exceptional! 10/10 highly recommend Santos Pecados. We ordered the following: chilaquiles omellet, huevos rancheros de la casa, chorizo scramble, and a bacon scramble. For folx visiting Dos Santos, I highly recommend Santos Pecados, their menu has plenty of options without being a massive menu, the service was lovely, and the prices are fair. 10/10 highly recommend.

The food was absolutely amazing from start to finish. We began with the plantain appetizer stuffed with cheese and served over a rich mole sauce. It was out of this world. If I could change one thing, I'd make the plantains a little larger--they were a bit smaller than the size of my palm--but the flavor more than made up for it. That mole sauce was everything: rich, slightly sweet, complex, and the perfect complement to the cheese-filled plantains. I could have eaten a bowl of that sauce by itself. For our entrées, we had the chicken penne Alfredo and the ribs with raspberry barbecue sauce. The Alfredo was creamy, rich, perfectly seasoned, and served in a generous portion. The ribs were equally impressive--tender, flavorful, and paired beautifully with the unique raspberry barbecue sauce. My only complaint is that I wish there had been more ribs because they were that good. Great food, great flavors, and a memorable meal. If you're anywhere near Todos Santos or Playa Cerritos, I highly recommend making a stop at Santos Pecados.

Stopped by for a quick bite to find a no frills environment with ample seating and great service. The place is very clean and the side vegetables provided for just a few tacos are quite generous. Ordered 3 tacos and here's their ranking from my most to least favorite: - Grilled shrimp: shrimp tastes properly grilled with a nice charred flavor and there's a generous portion of shrimp on the taco. - Al pastor: very flavorful and the ingredients all mix well together with the soft cut of pork. - Asada: lots of carne asada to go around, but the meat was slightly tougher than the pork in the Al pastor taco. Note that all tacos come with a generous serving of guacamole, which is certainly a huge plus for the establishment! You also get to have a personal serving of cucumbers, radishes, lime, and a green chili sauce to go hand in hand with your tacos and you can go up to the front to fix yourself a side plate of some grilled sweet and spicy peppers, which were truly perfect. There's a fridge with lots of soda options available. The lemon Fresca was quite refreshing on a warm sunny day.

You're tucked away in a garden oasis, with incredible nourishment. There are many flowers, birds, and a great playlist. The meal started with a gratis tiny cup of tasty butternut squash soup. I requested a chicory salad because when is chicory a menu star? It's no surprise that this salad was good. The leaves were dotted with tangy goat cheese and gems of pomegranate seeds. Chicory was the star. I had the fish tacos, three dressed in adobo seasoning, a recommendation over the grilled sea bass special. The plate had three small spoons filled with guac, salsa verde, and the most incredible salsa macha. The salsa macha had notes of chocolate that paired well with the adobo seasoned fish. Don't miss this! The chile relleno was filled with quinoa and veggies, plated on top of two sauces. The flavors were really tasty and I appreciated the thoughtful vegetarian option that highlighted seasonal flavors. I walked in knowing I wanted cheesecake for dessert but then learned a favorite was their flan. I switched with no regrets. This flan was better and nothing like anything I've had before. If you like flan and love coconut, this is for you. The cocktails were so good. The martini was different, I loved this passion fruit margarita, the watermelon juice with tequila was refreshing, and they had great local beer options. I was very happy with this lovely meal.
