I ran out pretty quickly and there I was visiting Alamo olive oil. What a great store! Packing a terrific assortment of extra virgin olive oils and REAL aged vinegars (it's so thick)! The atmosphere is very welcoming and the staff is very helpful, explaining everything very well, the origin, health benefits etc.. encouraging me to sample as much as I'd like and introducing me to all their different products (salts, spices olives, skin care, pasta...) Although I had come in just to refill on that delicious sundried tom parm. garlic olive oil I couldn't resist but to grab a bag of their handmade Italian pasta along with some dipping herbs.
