Speaking of the online store. The layout of the website makes it simple to navigate and purchase items, the shipping is fast, and out of my MANY orders, there hasn't been a mistake made. On the off chance that something is on backorder, they will let you know and it generally gets to you within the next few days. Finally, lets discuss what makes or breaks a company; customer service. As stated above, they really do a great job, but I made a mistake a few orders ago and needed to add something to my existing order, so I sent an email to them and asked if it was too late to add the extra 2 items. I had a reply within minutes and they were able to add them. So, if you haven't tried their stuff, I highly recommend that you do so, this Texas guy loves what they have!
