Wow, was this an amazing first lash experience. My technician was Anna Hannah and she was incredibly sweet and did such a great job. The bathroom was incredibly cleanly and provided makeup remover, face wash, linen towels, etc! The beds were incredibly comfortable and I was even provided with a plush blanket to use! I was so comfortable that I fell asleep during the lash application. So far I have only had my lashes for a week so I cannot attest to lasting but they still look great! read more

It was great but the quality of the lash extensions they use is poor. I asked for a classic full set and At other places I've received full wispy mink natural looking lashes. I got my lashes done 5 days ago, and have been noticing substantial false lash loss. And before you say "it's your natural lash life cycle, the answer is NO, it's not. There are zero of my real, actual lashes attached to where the falsies have glue. When I called asking them why, they gave me bogus reasons it could've been happening. For starters, my lashes have been falling off from the inner corner of my eye, not the outer. Christina told me that it could be because of how I sleep. Um, what? No ma'am. Try again. Then it was explained to me that because my lash technician (a senior tech at that) gave me heavier lashes than I requested, that those tend to pop off easier than if they were natural and light - so I should basically look at it as a gift that I got more than what I paid for, at the risk of low integrity lashes? Lastly, I was advised that bc it was after 72 hours (it was a federal holiday that wknd) I can't get any accommodations to fix the lashes that have been popping off of my face all this time. They want me to spend even MORE MONEY to schedule a 1-week refill to get it fixed. Which means, I'd be on the hook weekly to make sure they don't keep falling off. Btw: lashes here by a Sr. Tech cost ~$300. But I believe in paying people for their time, energy, and expertise in their craft. I also tip 20% for services because of the respect that I have for those who provide services to the public. Speaking of 20% tips, this place uses an iPad to check out clients at the end of their appointment. The iPad gives you the auto-option to tip 15%, 20%, 25%, and so on. Now, because I always calculate tips on my calculator app, imagine my un-surprise when I see that the option for 20% is actually monetarily higher than 20%?! It was about 22%, which means that they are misleading clients who, in all earnest, are paying what they believe is 20%, and it's really higher than that. Shame on you. I really wanted to like this business and to support women because Yessss! #girlboss. But when you client-blame someone - who does take care of her lashes - to cover up the fact that the work your Sr. Tech did, leaves much to be desired, AND you have dubious practices of misrepresenting what 20% actually is, you run the risk of that former client leaving a detailed review of her experience. The reason why this place has 5 stars on Google is because they offer a 10% discount to first-time clients to leave positive reviews. read more

I've been getting lash extensions now for about 7 + years. When I moved to the area I was on the hunt for a lash artist who would not only do a great job, but also keep my natural lashes healthy. I have found with previous lash artists, they would either achieve the look I wanted, but then my natural lashes would be falling out. Or the alternative, I wouldn't receive "the look" I was hoping to achieve. Over the years I've learned the importance in finding a lash artist who can give you what your looking for all while maintaining the health of your own lashes. Miri at la la lash did just that! I came across La La Lash on IG and loved how natural all the applications looked. I was able to get a same day appointment with Lizzy and boy am I glad I did. Not only did she carefully remove the previous lashes, she gave me a beautiful new set. They looked very natural and fit my eyes perfectly. I also want to mention that all the staff there was very kind and accommodating. The salon is beautifully decorated and clean. I felt very relaxed by their whole vibe.
