Very nice very clean wax spot. Very aesthetically pleasing. The place gets very busy so you definitely want to make sure you book an appointment. I got my eyebrows waxed and them tinted for wedding that I was going to be in. The wax was very quick and painless. The tinting, I don't think stayed on long enough. I know the young lady that was working that day was by herself because some other people called out so she was rushing to get through appointments to stay on time. My friend highly recommend Waxxpot for brow tinting and I decided to give it a try. She referred me to a member of their staff, Rachel. Rachel was super friendly and very thorough with the brow tint. The day I went in, they were also offering a free wax for new visitors, so I also got a underarm wax as well. Not exactly sure what type of wax they use, but I have extremely sensitive skin and I'm SO happy to say that it didn't make my skin break out in a rash (like other waxes typically do). A response from the business owner, Sarah, claims I declined an offer to redo my service for free. This is entirely false. They told me I could return in four weeks, as that's the minimum time that can pass between lash lifts, but no one offered a complimentary lash lift for the future. I have actually LOST money as a result of this experience due to now needing to purchase false lashes for as long as this poorly done "lift" lasts, which will be at least a month. read more

I've been going here for almost a year and a half for eyelash lifts and tints and always had good experiences. I'd say I've been at least 10 times and only once did I have not the greatest results. When this happened however, the owner personally called me and helped me work it out. The customer service was amazing and more than made up for my singular not so great experience! I went to this salon to get a lash lift and tint for the first time and I'm obsessed with my lashes now. They used to point straight out but now they're very voluminous and tickle my brow bone area. overpriced & horrible wax!!! I went in as a first time customer the other day with a coupon for a free wax (the coupon didn't indicate any exceptions or special rules) and it was very poorly explained at the beginning (when i specifically asked if my Brazilian wax would be covered) that it would only bring the price down and not be free. Without knowing I'd still be paying $25 for a Brazilian, i went to get waxed. I have never had any problems getting waxed before yet almost 2 days later it looks like a poor shaving job (redness and what looks like razor bumps). Additionally, not all of the hair was removed. My tech was perfectly nice but it's the worst wax I've gotten. When i went back to the front to get checked out, i was informed that my wax would still be $25. She then explained that the Brazilian wax is originally $59 (which is insane on its own!) PLEASEEE go to Unique Thread Wax Studio which is just in the next shopping center over. That is my usual place and not only is their wax $20 cheaper, but it's always an amazing wax. I ended up paying the $25 for the wax because situations like that make me very nervous and i wasn't prepared to argue the price (although i regret this). DO NOT GO HERE!!! read more

The place was really nice and clean. Everyone was very friendly. I was very thankful they were able to accommodate me the same day. I had my underarms, eyebrows and Brazilian done by Becca. She did an amazing job, the only complaint I have was I don't know if the wax being too hot or the type of wax they use that until now 6 hours later I still feel a burning sensation in the areas she treated. This is not my first wax treatment and I never have this burning sensation this long. The areas do look very inflamed. I just think I am having a reaction to the type of wax used, but overall my experience is great. read more

My appointment was with Diamond for a lash lift and tint and brow tweeze. Diamond was very professional, gentle, and sweet. I'd never had the lift or tint before and she was careful to explain each step. The salon itself is clean and crisp with a bright, modern decor. There are glass vases on the coffee table filled with chapstick and candies! The yellow and white can only cheer you up as you exit with a smile after an awesome experience! My first visit and I am hooked! My first service was with Cheryl and she was very sweet. She was also gentle and held a nice conversation. It was a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Up front they offer eyebrow waxing. The esthetician there was performing a service and I watched she was doing a great job. I did use the restroom and it was clean and smelled nice. They had a pallet of fake grass in there which was weird but in a cool way lol. I go back in 4 weeks for another service. If they keep up the cleanliness of the shop I'm sure the reviews will mimic mine 5 years now. One tip: do not use gps! It will not take you to the right place. Kiara is absolutely AMAZING!!! I've been to her multiple times now and I will continue to see her. I had never had a full bikini wax before or had a wax at all, so I was in very unfamiliar territory. Kiara made this a wonderful experience with her professionalism and making sure I was comfortable by walking me through each step. The second appointment I went in and the hair growth wasn't where it should be to get a proper wax. She explained that she could proceed but it wouldn't be a great wax and asked if we could reschedule so I could get a more satisfying result. To start with.. waxing is probably the best option for hair removal, having to shave every other day gets taxing. The first place I ever went to was good till my regular girl no longer worked there then the other place after that was okay till they didn't do a very good job. But this place. Wow they did an excellent job. Brittany got every little hair! And it seemed to take even longer for it to come back in. I am so excited for my next visit. So for starters, this place is awesome. The customer service is high quality. They worked with me when i had car trouble on the way. They then gave me a free brow wax when they found out I was getting married that weekend. They really are sooo nice. I got a lash lift as well and while I was super satisfied with my eyebrows, the lashes were meh. They did not look all that different. I would of rathered save the 50 dollars. Very clean salon. The girls are nice, Adrianna is my esthetician, she did my leg wax and it barely hurt (I never had my legs waxed before visiting waxxpot and the staff made me totally comfortable), I had 2 more leg waxes done and the pain becomes less and less with every appointment. I had my arms waxed for the first time- no pain. I also had my brows and lip waxed, no pain. I took one star off only because their brow waxes are expensive in relation to what I'm used to paying and the music the owner plays over the speakers is 80s workout music, not spa music or anything remotely relaxing lol. The service I've received is 5 stars though. Ask for Adrianna, she's fast and can remove coarse leg hair- my leg hair has thinned out a lot and it's much finer after only 3 visits. read more

I've been here 3 times for eyebrow wax and tint. First experience, AMAZING. Eyebrows looked fantastic. The second​ time, pretty decent. Came in last week, not good. They are too short and she took way too much off on the ends. I got them tinted -- the tint was almost black and too dark for my skin tone & hair color with missing spots on the brows.
