Sorry , I showed a picture of what I wanted. They should've told me they couldn't do that. They only go up to 15 mm ,and they said that the picture I showed them is volume.. and I proceeded. I was ok with the length, but said they should tell people when they call and book with them the longest lashes available are 15mm -I walked away looking like I have classics on. Even on their website, the hybrid looks better than this and their volume looks like volume Lashes , I literally can't even tell. I have lashes on. I paid over $200 for these lashes and this is what they look like 48 hours later. And this I have mascara on and the picture because they're so faint. you can't even see them. I feel like I got ripped off, but the staff was very nice and the atmosphere was very nice.super super super disappointed. read more

This was my first time getting a full set of individual lashes and it was a great experience. The salon is gorgeous and Naila explained everything well. I wanted more of a classic set so that they looked more natural and Naila definitely delivered. They have a nice link to it, but not too over the top. I like that they look full and give a little sense of volume without being too dramatic. This was definitely what I was looking for for my lashes. The staff is amazing and we're very welcoming. read more

Had my first visit with Guadalupe today! She's so fun and sweet. She patiently explained that process and what different terms meant, in order to achieve my perfect look. Did an amazing job on my volume, D-curl lashes. We went for an enhanced look. It was such a fantastic experience. Hot tea and fluffy blankets were just the icing on top of excellent service and talent. Love the location as well. Located conveniently off Briarcliff and North Druid Hills. The place is beautiful and everyone was friendly and professional. While I understand that it was a student service, the results were not what I expected. The Lash Lift did not lift, only curled my lashes which is not what I wanted. I expressed I desired length so not sure why I received curled lashes. Also I had to remove adhesive on my eyelids when I returned home which was challenging. I was somewhat disappointed but I can appreciate the discounted student service. read more

The service was horrible. I was NOT consulted and sent away with my lashes looking a mess. The young lady did a good job but she should have told me about how things were done there. I showed her what I wanted but she did something completely different and then told me that you all charge by the amount of lases. The lashes were just not done right. Couldn't speak to manager when they tried to rectify situation, they charged way more money. I told them before I left how I felt about the look and was told they would do better next time and sent me on my way. They were too whispy and ugly so I returned and asked to speak to manager but I could not (because she was out sick?). This is when they tried to recrify it but charged me more money. I was surprised that it went there as much as they charged. I will leave it at this but I am COMPLETELY disappointed and dissatisfied with what happened. read more
