There were so many restaurants but our time was limited for lunch so we chose this one because it had a patio in the sun with cute tables for two located well for people watching. We ordered drinks and our food came out shortly, exactly as ordered and piping hot. We spent a day in Brussels and our travel guide suggested which area of the city had most of the restaurants. Most places first open at noon or later. We decided to take advantage of their Pre Fix menu which included an appetizer,salad and main entree. I started with one of the local beers..Cherry Beer which is described as a nice mix of beer and sweet wine. It was very good. For our appetizer we had the Fried Calamari which was good but not great . My wife had the Mussels in a white wine herb sauce and Frittes . The portion was massive but very very good I chose the Croque Monsieur sandwich with fries and a small salad. Very cheesy and melted to perfection. Prices were reasonable in our opinion and service was efficient especially when you are in Brussels for a limited time. read more

A nice restaurant for a quick bite This restaurant had descent pizza. We got a sausage pizza and they do a nice job with the crust. The gluten free spaghetti was ok and I was impressed that even offered gluten free pizza. It was a rainy Sunday night and a lot restaurants seemed kind of dead so I don't know what it would be like on a Friday night. read more

We went with 10 people and they were really aggressive started pushing one of the guys we were with, when the guy said calm down or else were not paying he started fighting with him. One of the male waiters slapped a girl in the face, so we started fighting back, while fighting one of the other male waiters punched one of the girls in the face. While trying to film them hitting the girl the older lady who I believe is the owner came and slapped my phone out of my hand so i went after her, while i was fighting her the male waiter came and punched me in the head. They repeatedly hit girls and had no shame doing it. Also the entire time the waiter kept complaining about how expensive the menus cost to print out because he prints them at home and didnt want us to keep on. Avoid it if you can! I was looking for mussels. The person who was standing outside welcoming people told me that the combo is good for one person. The price was not listed. Then when came, seafood was grilled very dry. Mussels were not that fresh. And it is certainly too big for one person to consume. At the check out, they asked for cash payment! And it is very expensive as the portion is actually for two people! Avoid them! They are very aggressive. read more

Food for the stomach, not the soul. Stale bread, canned corn, overcooked frozen prawns. Linguini di mare and green peppercorn steak were bland but ok. Ran out of the tiramisu from the preset menu at 3pm. Excellent chocolate ice cream and creme caramel. Very energetic staff. 43 euros with 2 drinks. If you are reading this please DO NO EAT AT THIS RESTAURANT. The waiter caught our eye while we were looking for something to eat and kindly invited us inside. When ordering we asked for tap water and the waiter made an annoyed face and brought us an opened glass of water that intact tasted that tap water. We were a bit suspicious of that water but carried on anyways. While eating my food the waiter told me not to eat my mussels with a fork and the. proceeded to stick his nasty cigarette fingers in my food grab a mussel and show me how to eat it. I nicely thanked him and carried on eating. When it was time to pay it this scam of a restaurant charged €7 for an already opened glass of water filled with sink water. When we stated we asked for tap water and that we know that water was tap water the owner and waiter began to get aggressive and threaten us. Read the other reviews, they are known to do this. While the owner was arguing about the water I decided to take a video to record this behavior and when I went to record the name of the restaurant the owner physically assaulted me. He pushed me extremely hard in the back and made me fly forward. I am a 5'2 23 year old girl. No one deserves this abuse and disrespect read more

Beware with this 'restaurant'. There is a nice guy on the door that invites you. I saw on the door that they have fondue; the fondue costs 20 euros and the 500ml red wine 15. The price was not that bad and the place looks ok. The first guy that receive me at the restaurant never let me have the menu and insisted a lot to me to buy an entrance, I said no like four times before finely he offered me a small chicken Caesar salad and I accepted. He asked me if I wanted some bread and I said yes and I asked for a bottle of water. Long story short, I felt extremely dumb and stolen when the bill arrived. The bottle of water costs me 7 euros. The small salad that was anything but Caesar salad costs 15 euros and the small toast that he brought with the salad, really small, like 4 small Toste pieces were 5 euros. Still before I asked for the bill I said that I didn't want any desert, as with the desert he insisted and I took a terrible chocolate waffle that costs me 15 euros. After all he said me too pay for the tips and he stayed waiting for it, obviously I didn't give any. In the beginning I didn't notice why he never leave me with the menu, he was always in my side pressuring me and taking the menu of my hands. So, if you want to feel dump, held down and want to pay a lot of money for a food that could be sold in a fast food restaurant, this is your place!
