The first time I rented from them was 5 star. The second time was severely lacking. There was no…read moremusic in the restrooms, they were not air conditioned and they used my power instead of using their generator. It also tripped the circuit breaker in my garage and we had to manually open the door. I do recommend this company but with some guidelines: First, don't let the driver talk you into using your power because their generator is too loud. It wasn't loud the first time. If there's no AC or music, call the company and ask how to resolve the problem. Had I known we would have disconnected our power and turned on their generator. The first driver we got was amazing, the one we got this time was lacking. They were late to pick up the trailer and when I called the driver back he said he'd been released for the night and to call the owner. Luckily the problem was resolved quickly and a different driver came to pick up the trailer. Lastly, the toilet in the ladies room was leaking. I do like their service and I do recommend them but next time I know what to watch out for.

Our event ended a 3 pm and they had agreed to pick up their portables at that time. It has been 2.5 hours and they have not shown up- nor called and there is no answer on the "24 hour" service line. We will never use them again and recommend people to look for a different business. Update: in response to the business comment: totally understand the "after 3 pm" but 3.5 hours later? The equípeme y was picked up at 630. Regarding the calls, we called all the numbers that we had including the poster's direct number. We would take an apology, but I plying the the customer (who according to the business motto is 1st") is a low blow from the business. We have proof of all the calls as well as email messages sent. We will start an official complaint with the Better Business Bureau, so this company's poor behavior stays on record.
