Save Elephant Hill has rented equipment from Bear Creek for a number of events at an open space park managed by the local conservation agency. The porta potty has to be hauled and placed onto a hillside area while other event-related equipment is being set up. I also reached out to various other companies but chose Bear Creek Restroom Services because their price is reasonable (flat fee), their units looked beautiful, clean and has air conditioning. Additionally, their customer service was great. The transaction was seamless, from making the reservation, to dropping-off and picking up of the units, it was quick and easy. We went with the Deluxe 2-unit which has 2 gender neutral stalls each with their own toilet and sink inside, and it has air conditioning. Absolutely amazing. I know, for a bathroom? YES. We had a film shoot on a Saturday, and we needed a drop-off and pick-up from the location on the same day, because we only had it rented for that day. Every other company said they couldn't do it the same day and if they did, it would be a significantly higher price. These guys had the best price AND quality. We got a nice one with two sides but the competition was offering gross porta potty style ones, which would have been embarrassing. Plus, they were incredibly nice. But, the husband and wife team that own this Bear Creek Restroom Service are 100% great people. My wife and I were dry camping with about 15 friends over this past memorial day weekend at Lake Mohave. We have a 31ft toyhauler which is about 9k lbs dry. Our Ram 2500 transmission went out and is being currently replaced. So.... we had a friend bring it down to the lake that is about 6mile dirt road. Not a ez mission. The couple that brought the trailer down for u got into a lil argument and left. Leaving us stranded. We had about 6 half tin truck there. Most with 4wheel drive. But the conditions on the dirt road wouldn't allow for a safe and non damaging trip to the main road. My wide went around and asked many people to take us up the the paved road. Everyone was tooooooo busy. But this couple didn't even ask any questions. But said they would be glad to help. 30mins later they pulled up and took us out to the main road. Handed out $150 cash. And both Andrew & Monica Jensen said no thanks and to pay it forward. As a Marine Corp Veteran and a officer for the County of LA. I live my life my being a good person and doing my best in every situation I come across to help. This couple and business owners are good people. They will take care of ur needs and requests. These guys are the BEST. They are the only ones we will use in SoCal from here-on-out. I have been so impressed by their enthusiasm to be on time, flexible with delivery and pickup. They are also the nicest, most giving individuals. When they care about our event just as much as we do, we know we have a long-term partner that we can count on.
