The first time I rented from them was 5 star. The second time was severely lacking. There was no music in the restrooms, they were not air conditioned and they used my power instead of using their generator. It also tripped the circuit breaker in my garage and we had to manually open the door. I do recommend this company but with some guidelines: First, don't let the driver talk you into using your power because their generator is too loud. It wasn't loud the first time. If there's no AC or music, call the company and ask how to resolve the problem. Had I known we would have disconnected our power and turned on their generator. The first driver we got was amazing, the one we got this time was lacking. They were late to pick up the trailer and when I called the driver back he said he'd been released for the night and to call the owner. Luckily the problem was resolved quickly and a different driver came to pick up the trailer. Lastly, the toilet in the ladies room was leaking. I do like their service and I do recommend them but next time I know what to watch out for. read more

We rented a restroom trailer for an outdoor wedding at a ranch. I was completely impressed with the service and the equipment. The trailer had two restrooms and was immaculate upon arrival. The driver delivered it slightly early and was very thorough in stocking it with paper goods and showing me how to use the radio, turn on the outside lighting if needed and run the generator. Also, he had to back in to a long gravel driveway to position the trailer behind the horse corrals, which he did effortlessly. I loved that the trailer was solar powered and required no electric hook-up and had it's own water tanks so it need no water attachment. It was picked up at 9:00 PM as requested right on time.
