He was amazing and talked to me about the things I wanted and told me why he was leaving and for how long (grabbing stones , hot towels, lotion, etc.) some ppl may feel that it's too much but it was so nice to know those things! Side story: A lady came in and asked if her nail could be fixed (toes) they sat her beside me immediately and they fixed her up and made sure she liked it all before she was finished, she felt it was still bad, they fixed it again the Manager was like "I won't stop until you like it ma'am" - turns out it was the curer that made her nail bubble they switched it out and it was so much better. This place was quite huge and they have an enormous wall dedicated to an array of nail color choices, it actually was kinda overwhelming : D My friend and I both opted for the general pedicure $39. I observed her sanitize and line the foot bowl. We enjoyed our pedicures they took their time and did a great job cleaning, massaging, and painting our toe nails. My only 2 disappointments were that, although they stated in their menu, drinks (nonalcoholic or alcoholic) are complimentary, my friend had to remind our pedicurists at least 2-3 times about getting drinks! And second, my gal, had ear pods and was talking ever so softly on the phone while doing my nails. During my service the lady seemed to made a comment to her coworker about me being indecisive whether I wanted a manicure or not. Which I ended up saying no due to her behavior. I had one mimosa while having the service.. while I was waiting for my friend I asked for another (thinking I was paying for them anyway), they seemed to have ignored me. After a long time passing by, I asked to purchase another. Lady acknowledged me, telling her team member to get me one, which they ultimately ignored me again. He picked a very lovely nail color when my chosen one was not available. He nipped my cuticles (feet and hands - worse on hands). I had to pull my feet away after telling him a few times. I honestly can't tell you in detail what was charged for the acrylic nails. For the shellac pedicure, he sat me down and held a book in front of me asking which I wanted. The only options he showed were $70 pedicures and flips it over to $100 pedicures. I asked if the $70 pedicures were the basic options and he simply said "yes". As he proceeded with the extra oils, scrubs, hot wax, hot stones, I absolutely new this wasn't basic. It was definitely my fault for not asking again. I'm not sure if it was the language barrier between us both, but he was very vague with me. I won't discredit the work though. He did a fine job on the nails. But for $193, I think that's a bit overkill. Very odd there's no pricing displayed (that I can find)... FYI the black book of prices under the photos is not what they use. Prices are way higher and different color book!
