From the moment you enter the salon, you are greeted with a smile and friendliness, which goes a long way when running a business. They don't treat you like a number, like the other salons. Everyone was attentive and professional. They offer complimentary drinks too. Nice and clean atmosphere. Cindy helped me with my pedicure, which I have been getting the same design per season on my toes for years. She totally understood the look that I wanted. Their prices are on point. They also offer other services than just beautiful nails. They have facial, eyelash extension, massage, and waxing. Try them out when you get a chance. read more

Reply: I am not sure what you would want to discuss Linh, you told them to charge me full price for a partial service. That tech did not even ask me what color I wanted or where Jimmy left me in the process she just gave them a quick buff and put some clear top coat on them. Never even asked me if I would like some color. My nails looked awful. You did not even bother to check on me on my way out. Most awkward experience I have had getting a service. Arrived and discussed what I wanted with nail tech Jimmy. He started working on my new set and somewhere in the middle of the service as he is filing my nails he begins to aggressively argue with the owner. After a few minutes of back and forth arguing he stops doing my nails and promptly begins to pack up his station and leave. No one spoke a word to me for a solid 5-8 minutes as I sat there awkwardly and tense wondering what was going on. After about 8 minutes another nail tech, who was sitting next to Jimmy told me to move and she also began packing up her station as well. At that point I asked if I could please just go as I no longer wanted to continue in the middle of this chaos. At that point the owner sat me on the couch and then a couple of minutes moved me to her chair, only to then ask me to move to yet another station where a nail tech who was waiting on her appt was. She rushed to finish filing my nails, did not ask me any questions just threw some clear nail polish on me and said goodbye. To top it off they charged me for the full service after all of that!!! Definitely will not be returning to this establishment. read more

I went on a Saturday morning so of course it was busy. The place is bright and welcoming. They offer mimosas and other drinks with your services so that is a bonus. I enjoyed my dip manicure and pedicure. However I need to knock off stars because my friend was treated poorly. First, the woman who was giving her a pedicure literally left her midway through to serve her appointment. She had to wait several minutes for someone else to finish her pedicure. Then she was treated rudely by her manicurist. She ended up with polish smudged on her fingers too. read more

This is a beautifully designed layout, that makes you feel like a Goddess when you walk in. They do accept walk ins but making an appointment is preferred. While I was seated getting a pedicure, I enjoyed the peacefulness while sipping my mimosa. I looked around and I saw lots of others with peaceful smiles. I was impressed with the presentation of the pedicure tray. My nail tech Linda and Tony was great and paid close attention to detail. He does great leg massages, very relaxing. My sister and I decided to try Goddess because where I usually go was closed. The lady my sister got was amazing and I wish I could have gotten her. She immediately was tended to and had her nails done. I had to wait awhile for someone and knew I wasn't going to like the service when the lady I got started. She didn't understand any English, which isn't her fault but made it very hard to communicate with her. I would ask and tell her things and she would just nod and do something completely different. This was my first time there so I'm not sure If this is common but she didn't ask or trim my toe nails or clean up my cuticles like I was wanting. I got a shellac pedicure and need to go and get them fixed because my cuticles are flooded and it bothers me so much with how it looks. Very nice nail spa, very clean but I do not recommend who I got. read more

Thank you for taking the time to address my feedback. I would have appreciated if you would have mentioned that you are not open when i walked in but you were already offering services to customers. However, I would like to share my perspective. I walked in on a Sunday because the first time I visited, also on a Sunday, you had agreed to see me before opening hours and provided a service. However, this time was completely different. Despite accommodating me, the staff made it clear that Sundays are very busy, which left me feeling like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. Communication during the service was minimal, and though they claim to have asked for feedback, it didn't feel genuine or welcoming. I was also criticized for not providing feedback sooner, even though I wasn't given a proper chance to do so. I believe there may have been a disconnect in communication during the service. Although I was on my phone at times, I was available to provide feedback, and I didn't realize adjustments were needed until after the service was completed. And you were very rude to me making comments infront of other customers saying how I didn't like the color last time. I want to make it clear that it wasn't about the color last time. The Shellac I got started chipping the very next day. While I appreciated that they fixed it the first time, the attitude I received afterward was rude and unprofessional. I was told that I was being too "picky," which felt unnecessary and disrespectful, especially since I was simply expecting a service that lasts as promised. I hate getting my foot scrubbed because it tickles so much and I have to hold it in! But we aren't reading this for that right . The experience was awesome from beginning to end. Everytime I go to a nail salon I quickly change my mind from the idea I come in with only because I see something better. I'm not much of a ombré person since I feel some don't blend very well but this time was a hit. The gentleman working on my nails was so patient and understanding of my change but showed me a bunch of photos to help me decide. This was my first and last time at this nail salon. The welcome was not inviting at all, my pedicurists was curt and really did not want to serve me, and I was not offered the same amenities as some of the other patrons of a different ethnicity. My pedicurists trimmed and painted my toenails very nicely, but was rough when handling my legs and feet during the service. There was no care or compassion given to me, I felt discriminated against, and I wish I would have went somewhere else. Next time I will, because I will not be returning here and I do not recommend it!!! read more

I found this amazing nail salon on yelp yesterday. I was looking for someone to do my nails for my son's wedding. I really wanted it to be special with a lot of detail on my nails to match my gold dress. Peter had amazing reviews so I made an appointment with him. He did a fantastic job on my nails and I am so happy. I have already received a lot of compliments already. He is phenomenal and has incredible talent! I've been coming to Goddess a few years now and have been taken care of by different nail techs, and I have been very happy with their work. Then Hannah came on the scene, and after she worked on my nails, she's the only one I schedule my appointments with now. She gets ingrowns I didn't even realize I had! I started trying some nail art. Nothing too crazy, yet whatever I have chosen, she just makes it so much better with her own special touch. I'm incredibly picky about getting my nails done because if the nail isn't even, or too thick or thin, or the cuticle isn't neat, it bothers me a lot. But I had broken a nail and needed to fix it ASAP. Lynn did a GREAT job with the details- they're perfect. I had even asked for dip and Lynn suggested I try gel instead, since it was a better option for me. She was right! They look so natural, you can't even tell one of the nails is just an extension; it matches perfectly. Everyone was very patient and respectful. this is my new go to! read more

Brought my girlfriend here because her nails were looking horrible, I got on yelp and saw this location was the closest to us. No appointment was needed the wait time was not bad at all. I decided I should get a pedicure for myself. (I went with the aroma pedicure). As I was getting the pedicure they offered me the drinks menu and was very surprised when I saw they have a great selection of complimentary non alcoholic and alcoholic beverages. My nail tech was Mimi. I went in with a full set of nails that I had gotten the day before. They were pretty bad and I asked if she could fix them she said, of course, and told me she could just completely redo it. She did an incredible job. I got a full set of French tips. I am very, very satisfied and happy with her job. She was very nice and meticulous with her work. I would highly recommend her. The nails that I got for prom, so it was very important to me that they were done right and she did a great job! read more

From the moment I made the appointment to the moment I walked in, I knew this was going to be a great experience. Linh and Kelly did a great job!! This was the picture I went in with for reference and after a mishap with a different shade of pink, Linh patiently redid all of my nails and it turned out exactly how I imagined. Everyone here is very thorough and wants you to have the best results! They always file down the top and underside of the dip nails and ensure lengths are even. I recommend having an appointment and trying to go at a less busier time. Will definitely be back! read more

I declined and said if the work is better I'd revise it, and I did. I've met the owner at their other shop which is my regular salon and she's absolutely fantastic, perhaps I went on an off day. This salon was recommended to my daughter and myself by our regular salon which is temporarily closed for renovations. The salon itself is really lovely and elegant. The staff was also very nice. We both got pedicures, mine wasn't very good, the massage part is my favorite and it's why I chose the $48 coconut pedicure. There was no massage, just lightly gliding her hands on my feet. It was disappointing. We were both charged $10 extra to remove existing gel polish, even though we both were already paying for pedicures. Then, my nails. They wanted to charge me $5 more to shorten them. I said no thank you. They also charged my daughter an extra $10 to take off her gel polish on her hands even though she was getting gel. So already that's $30 extra for basic services that we don't get charged for at other salons. Now on to my nails which if I could give no stars I would. My natural nails are long and I love them. The very next day after getting them done 2 have broken off. I was doing my dishes and wiping my counters so nothing out of the ordinary. Not even 24 hours later! I'm so upset and angry about how much we were charged and now I have to go and get them redone. This salon was about 30 minutes away and had it not been a recommendation we would never had tried it out. I do not recommend this salon. They over charge, charge extra for things that should be included in the service, and the work was awful. It makes no sense, $5 to trim your nail while you're already getting them done? $10 extra to remove polish even though you're getting them done? And I think he said they charge $20 extra for gel or shellac on your toes. To clarify, yes we were informed about the additional charges but as we had already started our pedicures we just said okay but that still doesn't make it right. I saw the owners comment, I've had long nails for over 10 years now and this has never happened before. So it's not the length, it's the poor quality of the work done.
