Had this as an appetizer back home and this version is so much better-salty, crunch outside, tender inside-beyond delicious! Next was the Carilladda de Cerdo (Pork Cheeks) had the taste/texture of Short Rib-super tender and tasty. Solomillo à la Poniente-tenderloin with creamy sauce taking it over the top. Pinchito de Cordero (grilled lamb cubes) so tender and without the gamey. Pulpo Frito (fried octopus)-first time having it and enjoyed it.
