The workers even acknowledged the funkier smell and has no explanation. I always use the 8 loader for about 4 loads of clothes to insure it's not being over filled. I use two cups of OxiCleanMaxx detergent. I think it's time to find a new place to go until they fix this issue . Don't waste your time or money unless you're okay with this .

She keep this place sparkling clean to her best of her ability she make it possible for you to get your laundry done. Sometime i would just come chill with her even if i dont have laundry to do just chilling here is good company. Thank you Reberta for job well done, i feel welcome as always here when i come. But i have seen people treat her and this place like its a rubbish collection leaving their rubbish everywhere, after she had already clean that area, she has to do it all over again. so the next person comes and use folding tables its always clean and free of debri. Today 7/17/2020 at 7:30PM, I did my laundry and the janitor/attendant was extremely rude and highly unprofessional. I don't know what her problem were but the moment I walked in, she gave me negative energy and attitude. If you don't like your job or having a bad day, please don't take it out on customers. I kindly asked if there was a bathroom and she rudely said it's broken. I used 4 washing machines and she was wiping the surfaces of all used and unused machines after spraying them. She left only the machines I was using with the top flap lifted open and left the other peoples machines alone. I don't know what she was spraying and hoping the chemicals didn't get to my clothes. I was sitting in the car waiting for my clothes to finished and I couldn't help but notice her behavior. She moved my cart with my hamper on the far corner and moved my laundry soap far away from the machines I was using. When it was time to dry my clothes, she hit me with the back of the mop and didn't even say sorry. She saw me put my clothes in the dryer and started mopping in the area I was in. She waited annoyed that I was putting coins on 4 dryer machines. I spent about $25 total to wash & dry my clothes. She screamed at me when I tried to get my cart that she moved with my hamper. I respect my elderly, from all backgrounds and all race but if you act like an uneducated savage, you need to look in the mirror and get overhaul help. I used to like the previous attendant; she was hardworking, diligent and friendly. I confronted her after I had it with the 3 strike and asked for her name. She ignored me, turned and walked away. By all means the owner needs to rehire, retrain or find more qualified and customer oriented evening staff. This is not how you train your staff to treat customers.

I came in to use the bigger machines as I was doing bedding and my home machine was acting up. This was the most negative experience that I have had at a business in a really long time. The cleaner guy was just leaving so the floors and countertops looked clean. Looking for a big washer the cleaner said the three by the front door don't work as he headed out the door. I found big washers in the back and loaded the clothes in, put in the soap, put in the $7.00, pressed water temperature and start and nothing happened. . Ok take everything out and loaded into another big washer and freaking guess what? Does not work, that's $14.00 figuratively speaking down the drain and there is no attendant present to give me back my money. Ok, now I give up on the big washing machines and break down the loads to fit that size machine which cost 4.00 per wash. Of the smaller machines I tried to use, three of the five worked now I have just spent $22.00 on washers that don't work and they're are no out of order signs on any machines in the whole place and no phone number for who to call to get your money back or to complain to . WAIT IT GETS BETTER. Ok now I am out of the quarters I brought and have to trust that the change machines work, one did and one did not . Ok clothes are now washing for the moment at least, off to Starbucks in the plaza for a needed coffee. Back sitting in the laundromat and thinking I will soon have to choose four dryers to use!!!! Panic sets in. I picked the 2nd, 3rd and 4th on top by the door, the first one had an out of order sign inside it lol not taped over the money slot??? ANYWAY I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN, and while I was waiting there I told three other people coming in to use the facilities and when I told them of my experience they turned around and walked out. So if you want to take a chance and hope that the machines you chose work then I wish you luck but I will never support this business ever again. If I could give negative review this would be a negative five. I hope the owner uses the money that he is making off of all the broken machines and buys new ones or he will have no one coming in to use his business. Also a means posted telling customers how to get their money back from the broken machines. Beware

I was willing to drive an hour out of my way & feel grateful to these folks for helping me. You don't experience service like this especially, since I was reaching is a cold call so to speak via yelp. They were willing to work with me even without meeting me. I felt so honored by this over the top care & would not hesitate coming to them again in the future.

My wedding dress cost about $100 for dry cleaning and preservation in a nice keepsake box. My husband's barong Tagalog cost $19 to dry clean and his undershirt for the barong cost $6.99. We opted for pick up and delivery to our home. Service was friendly and our clothes came back in great condition. I went in store to pay for my order since my card wasn't working for the online payment. I was able to speak with one of the owners, Cleo, who was very kind and you could tell he is passionate about his business. Parking was easy and the inside of the laundromat was clean. The only I issue I had was that the delivery date for my dress was incorrect. I waited at home from 8 AM to 12 PM (the estimated timeframe of delivery) the day our laundry was supposed to be delivered and ended up calling the store to inquire where it was. I think the company can improve by giving a more accurate delivery date for special items like wedding dresses or update the customer via text or phone call if the expected delivery date has changed. Thankfully, my husband was able to be home on the new delivery date to receive our clothes. That being said, I still had an overall great experience with Fresh Laundries due to the friendly service, ease of booking the dry cleaning service, fair price, and the outcome of the dry cleaning. My laundry arrived in these beautiful laundry bags. Folded and handled with such care. Everything arrived pristine, far better than I could have ever done myself.
