A friend took me here and the experience was great! The power was out but that didn't stop them at all, our table was candle lit which made for such a wonderful time. The margaritas here are delicious and very strong which I like. The pizza was really good with a good blend of flavors, we split it with half of "The Exotica" and half of "The Marina" seafood one, both were delicious! The outside is beautiful as this place is right on the marina.

What I love most about this place is that the ingredients used for cocktails are fresh! Never a disappointment here! Food, prices and drinks are all awesome!

La Marina is my favorite neighborhood bar and restaurant. It is open every day for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The menu includes both American and Mexican dishes and the food is always excellent. I love the soups: they are delicious and served nice and hot. La Marina is also the community cultural center. They frequently present live music, karaoke, open microphone nights, etc. You can also relax on the patio and play horseshoes on their beach. Follow the YELP directions and you will have no problem locating La Marina. It is situated on the lagoon and it is a good place for renting kayaks, paddle boards, and Jet-Skis. I'm sure you will find La Marina very friendly, scenic, and relaxing.

So I was told…read moreabout this spot by a friend at work that had went to La Bufadora twice in a 2 month span. He was impressed both times and gave his recommendation. Now, a lot of times I'll hear about a place and take note of it and even bookmark it which I did here. Also many times the hunger pangs don't always line up with future plans to visit a place. Maybe you can't wait that long.. In this case, we were heading to La Bufadora and I suggested we stop here. What a pleasant surprise! Some of the freshest seafood is prepared to order here, which does take a little extra time but well worth it. We were blown away by the friendly family atmosphere that had kept us happy as a clam.. We saw them preparing it all which doesn't get any fresher. And they kept coming back and checking on us and asking if we liked everything. Yes we did! Shrimp quesadilla, fish and shrimp tacos, ceviche I mean we tried a good cross section of the menu and it was all awesome! 4 of us ate for around $25, but it had been a year or two. It's a small spot that you can miss if you're not aware, but trust me you wouldn't wanna miss this place!

If…read moreyou're craving a perfectly refreshing seafood cocktail, flavor-packed fish tacos, or juicy, expertly seasoned shrimp -- this place deserves an immediate stop. What makes Eddie's truly special isn't just the food, it's the experience. When you walk in, you don't enter a typical restaurant -- you're ushering yourself directly into Eddie's kitchen, where the magic happens. Eddie is the heart of it all. You'll see him cooking over the stove, taking orders like a seasoned pro, cracking jokes, laughing out loud, and treating every guest like family. There's no separation between chef and customer here -- Eddie brings you right into his world, making each visit feel like you're part of something bigger than a meal. You can tell he genuinely loves what he does, and it shows in every plate he serves. The food? Absolute perfection every time. Everything that comes out of the kitchen is homemade and crafted with care -- the cocktails are loaded with fresh seafood, the tacos are made with tender, flaky fish that's grilled or fried to golden perfection, and the shrimp is plump, seasoned generously, and cooked just right. Even the tortillas have that warm, handmade texture that store-bought simply can't compete with. The salsas and toppings are vibrant, zesty, and clearly made from scratch -- nothing here tastes mass-produced, and that's exactly why people keep coming back. Service is fast but personal, organized but unfiltered -- it's a controlled chaos that works in the best way possible. You're not just grabbing food, you're witnessing someone do what they were meant to do. Between orders, laughter, and local chatter, Eddie creates memories on the daily, and his customers become part of the story. So whether you're a local, a traveler, or someone who simply follows the roadside signs promising a great taco -- listen to them. When you see Eddie's signs, pull over. Walk in. Order a fish taco. And when Eddie looks your way, do yourself a favor and give him a holler -- because that's just how it's done here. Eddie's Seafood isn't just a place to eat... it's a tradition, a vibe, and a damn good meal. Highly recommended. You won't regret stopping by!

Uncle and I rolled in and were quickly seated as the place was less than 1/2 full. Our margaritas took a minute, while the restaurant portion wasn't busy the bar area was fairly full. No live music tonight but the pool table was always in use while we were there as well as some, what I guessed were regulars, people at the bar. The menu was hand written on a white board and our server displayed it at our table and answeres all the questions we had including "What was erased?". Turns out it was busy earlier in the evening and the Daily Special was gone. Uncle had the Chicken Cesar salad and I got the Camerones al Coco. I'd have to say that the shrimp I was served are the best ones I've had in the local area and would gladly order them again! Uncle enjoyed his salad and the empty plate told me it had to be pretty good. I'll go check it out next time I'm in town on a Friday night as this is when I'm told there's live music and a pretty lively crowd. Sorry, no pics, I was hungry and it disappeared quickly.

We didn't eat here. But it was I believe $50 in total for my son & I from what I can remember to pet animals. I wanted to play w/ one of the other animals but the guy said it would be too playful & big for my 2yr old toddler. So we went w/ the smallest cub. They made us sanitize our hands prior to going in. You're not able to take pics while outside of the cage. But once you go in you had a few minutes to record & take pics w/ the animals. The cub was playful w/ my son. Even bit him on the hand in one of my videos. Although I don't believe it was that hard since my son didn't cry. He just noticeably pulled his hand back. That didn't stop him from playing w/ them tho. Service from the workers were 3/5 stars. They seemed over it & didn't really care for it. When the cub bit my son, the guy just didn't even acknowledge it & pretty much played it off. He kept repeating himself which got a little annoying. Not to mention they kept pressuring us for tips. Well now that's off my bucket list, I don't think I'd be doing this again. Lol.

When we came in through the bottom where the little petting zoo thing is, they were very rude. I get it, they want people to pay 50/60 USD to play with the baby tigers. We passed it, and went upstairs where the real hospitality was at! They didn't disappoint! Food: 5/5! One of the best meals we had in Mexico! The chili was amazing, the tacos were to die for, and the shrimp with Marlin was omg FIRE!!!!! I've never tasted something like that in all my life. The food is just amazing in Mexico! Nothing like it for sure! Service:5/5 They treated Us like family, and that is so appreciated! They were soooo nice, fast, didn't feel rushed, and truly went out of their way to make sure we were happy! Lord, can intake this whole restaurant home with me?! Price: 5/5 The pricing was totally fair, and even cheap for seafood. We spent under 30.00 for something that easily would cost that much for one plate at home. Their lemonade was like a fish bowl, and totally taste different from what we are used to. The food, service, and view was worth every cent! All in all, I cannot wait to come back. I will definitely be stopping here again!
