Fantastic service and a great meal in beautiful surroundings. Tortilla soup was great and barbacoa tacos were wonderful. A very nice night! My server was simply the best!!!

It was late and the kids (and adults) were all exhausted. no desire to go into town at this point...just eat and sleep. When we usually eat on site...we go to the marina bar....but i felt like sitting indoors... I've eaten in here for breakfast in the past...the breakfast is vast...and pretty ok. this time for dinner.... speed...SLOW taste....good price...above average...but not horrible. convenience...excellent yup i will likely eat here again ...dinner. i like the marina bar better for lunch or late night at the bar

Beautiful Hotel Coral & Marina! Great hotel, restaurants and bar!

The Restaurante Coral & Marina is a very beautiful place to eat. The hotel is gorgeous and the dining area overlooks the water and marina. They have a large selection of seafood and Mexican meals. The menu comes with a wood cover and many pages to peruse. They have many appetizers but the seafood carpaccio is one of the best I've had anywhere. The tuna and scallops are super fresh marinated just enough so are flavorful and tender! We have this each time now! Perfect with a margarita-a bit strong but very good! 5 stars They bake bread daily and it is good. The kitchen also makes soups-a cream based soups with asparagus, corn or pea that come with meals (usually same kinds and no changes). Tortilla soup is also good. 4stars The entrees can be hit or miss. Ceviche and pastas are great. The Sea Bass was fishy and fajitas just so so-not enough to want the ample leftovers. Such a shame but 3 stars. Saturday and brunch during the week is just ok. 3.5 stars. Sunday brunch is excellent! The selection of foods are diverse, wonderful and so much fun to try new things! It is something to look forward to that makes you feel very special! 5 stars There should be a whole page for the staff. Almost everyone (only 1 person that is more difficult) is so polite, friendly and professional in every section of the hotel, restaurants and marina from the managers to the servers to the workers on the dock. I can't say enough about them. 5 stars for them. The best thing is when you have eaten so much you can go sit by the pool and relax. I highly recommend trying the Hotel Coral restaurant.

Very vast food selection and extremely attentive and warm service. They have pasta, salads, Mexican, seafood as well as desserts. There are not many options in terms of food in this area within walking distance so don't hesitate to eat in the hotel. It's far better than other hotel dining I experienced.

I booked this hotel on tripadvisor and we checked very smoothly yesterday. The hotel room itself was nice and the room was pretty clean. After my family got back from the outing, we got ready in bed and went right asleep around 930 pm. After sleeping for about an hour and half, we got a call from the front desk at 11PM. They asked who I was and I was so confused because why would they ask me if they can clearly see on the reservation who I was. Then they told me that our reservation for this room was a fraud! How can that be when we booked it through tripadvisor? Then they had the audacity to demand I go down to the lobby immediately. I called the agency to see what happened because this is ridiculous. They talked to the first desk and the front desk told them they couldn't see the reservation and weren't able to really help. I talked to Juan who worked the front desk myself and he told me the hotel couldn't find my reservation that I booked on tripadvisor. So they wanted me to pay the rack rate at that moment. I obviously had to if I wanted to stay there and plus it was in the middle of the night with my family sleeping. The next morning I got a voice mail from the agent saying everything was fixed with the hotel. I went to the front desk and got what I paid refunded. I told them I was very annoyed they called me at 11pm and demanded I come down. The front desk last just said yes and smiled. The hotel is nice and the facilities are nice. If you don't want your VALID reservation to be considered a fraud, and get woken up in the middle of the night and ordered down to the front desk to immediately pay the hotel, you should stay elsewhere.

We come down to Ensenada a few times a year and this place is always top of our list for places to stay. I recommend calling in for reservations as I find I sometimes get better rates as the dates get closer and they have some rooms that open up. The rooms are newly renovated... seriously there was nothing wrong last time we stayed here and the rooms got even better! When I made the reservation I asked if they did anything to celebrate my husbands bday and they set up some balloons and a cake when we got to the room! Such a nice gesture! I love this place even more. Try the Sunday buffet brunch it's delicious. They have two pools an outside and inside, gym, marina. So many amenities. It's super safe in here and the security is always on. The people that work here are all very happy and make you feel at home. If you are driving back into the states don't forget to get a fast pass to cross the border from concierge.. it can save you2+ hours!

Concierge recommended Boules! Set us up with a driver too!

Family had a great stay! We paid for 2 rooms, both were cozy & clean..awesome views! We had rooms on the 6th floor. The gym was clean & state of the art..and staffed. The concierge was very helpful with restaurant & planning activities. Sad that we don't speak Spanish, but the staff spoke English very well. Had the buffet & it was yummy! On Sunday the restaurant was crowded with locals..I'm assuming the restaurant is a nice place for locals to eat Sunday brunch. I shouldn't have to say it, but for travelers that are worried about safety..don't be worried! We had a great weekend!

Junior suite is a very specious room with a living room and if you get the 6th floor not only does it have a great view but that floor is newly remodeled/never been used. Great bilingual customer service and very polite, funny staff. Hotel is pretty new, restaurant/bar is very appetizing and good alcohol selection. Great promotions and upgrades to this hotel. Giving it a 5 star for staff, price, convenient, and how clean it is.

    Delicious!

Worth every mile of the drive. The setting alone is reason enough to go. You're dining outside in an agave field under century-old oak trees, with wooden boats scattered around and a mezcal tasting room right next door. It's one of those places where you look around and think "how is this real?" The service was super friendly and warm, which just added to the whole laid back Baja vibe. For wine they keep it simple: one red, one white, one rosé. No 12-page list to stress over, just easy and delicious. I respect it. The guacamole comes topped with chapulines and if you haven't had it that way yet, you're honestly missing out. That little crunch changes everything. Now, the cauliflower tacos. I need to talk about the cauliflower tacos. I'm still thinking about them. I will be back specifically for them. And do yourself a favor and ask your server about the speakeasy before you leave because it's worth it and you don't want to kick yourself later for missing it. Tahona is a total gem and one of the most unique dining experiences in Baja.

I ordered the Huevos Rancheros with over medium eggs. I really enjoyed my dish but it wasn't the best ranchero sauce I've had. In part because it was a tiny bit spicy for me, but i don't like to measure good or bad based on my spice tolerance because I don't tolerate spice very well. The beans were good and also had a kick. The potatoes were really good and seasoned perfectly. I also orders the oatmeal and it was the best oatmeal I've ever had. I don't know how they made it so creamy and I don't know how they measure the sweetness because it was to perfection! Serves with a few slices of fresh fruit in the side. My daughter ordered the green chilaquiles with over medium eggs. She absolutely loved her dish. She said the green sauce had a nice kick to it and it was tangy. Eggs on my dish and hers were cooked perfectly! My husband ordered a plate of fruit with yogurt and what a plate it was! Fresh fruit beautifully displayed! We all thoroughly enjoyed our meal here at Terra Noble and we will for sure be coming back.

My husband ordered a steak plate (Arrachera USDA angus- medium rare), my kids both ordered pasta and I ordered a sword fish ( Pez espada). Service was good and attentive. The food was ok. The presentation was beautiful but the taste was not there. My sword fish was very dry. My husband didn't really like his steak. My sister didn't like her enchiladas, my brother in law didn't like his octopus. Both my parents and my kids liked their meals. The views are stunning.
