As the call went on I made a little joke and she laughed. I still had questions and requests but to my surprise her mood had shifted and not only the tone of her voice but the quickness and quality of service changed dramatically as well. And to say the least, I was vary glad. I want to give Karrie her flowers for being able to change her mood and give high quality service. As well as turning what was going to be a bad experience into a great one. All in all I still love this Barnes & Noble and the service I receive here. Thank you Karrie. I love this store…read more Always tidy , well lit and inviting, and there's coffee too! We love the laid back vibe that the staff gives and they are quite knowledgeable too. You'll notice how eager they are to help you obtain the book that you're looking for, whether they have it in stock or not, they will hunt it down and get it for you.
