Unfortunately today's visit was very disappointing (1/18/26 Sunday 5:00 pm). My husband went up to order and the little girl who helped him was extremely rude! We ordered several items, including the fresas con crema. He asked for a small, and he was told, they only have one size (Large). He agreed to it, but when it was served, the cup was a quarter of empty, had very little crema/yogurt, my husband asked very kindly if she could add more cream, and she refused to add whip cream. For the price we paid, the portion and service was unacceptable. It felt more of a small portion being sold as a large. This was frustrating especially because this location is usually much better when the ladies are there very happy to provide a quality experience, but the customer service like today's really ruins the experience. I don't feel I was asking too much I just wanted a cup of fresas con crema with no toppings. Just cut strawberries and the premade cream they have in a jar and she couldn't do that. This frozen Mexican treat is made of mango (of course), chamoy, chili powder, candy bits and a tamarind straw. It's amazing, especially if you can't decide if you want something sweet or spicy. The kick is tolerable although the candy bits were a bit too hard and the drink melted rather quickly. I would personally order it without the bits next time around. Still lit tho! I wanted to surprise my mom for her birthday after she got off work with a sweet treat and what I got was horrible. The worker had a terrible attitude and when I mentioned I wanted to add chocolate she rudely said that the were now charging. The fact that they were charging more did not bother me it was the way she rudely said it. One star for lack of customer service. We went in today around 1:50ish, there was one customer in store, so they were not busy. We were not greeted or even acknowledged way after the girl behind the counter was finished with the customer. This is the best place to come if you're craving some Mexican treats. I usually get their Tostilocos , but without the peanuts. Every worker prepares the Tostilocos different. Some may add a lot of the ingredients and others not so much. I had their nachos too, but wasn't too happy about them. They don't put enough jalapeños nor cheese. I asked for extra cheese and jalapeños, but the person that was helping just gave me this weird look and I said to her I'll pay extra if that's the problem... Their fruit paletas are delicious and do recommend getting them. My new favorite place! I come for the Mangonadas :) I've tried them with the strawberry, mango, pineapple, watermelon, and lemon sorbets - all are fresh and delicious! They had just the right amount of chamoy with lime juice, chili powder, tajin and then top it with pieces of tamarindo candies, chopped mango pieces and the yummy tamarindo straws. Oh man, writing this has me craving one now. The small size is 2 scoops of your choice - and though it doesn't look that big - it goes a long way. The place has a weird chemical/bleach smell when you walk in but don't let that scare you. If you can get past the smell, you'll be pleased with their products.
