Came here on a Sunday evening and it wasn't busy. Parking was easy to find. The place was clean and the workers were nice. They allow samples of the ice cream which is nice. A lot of different flavors and a lot of different popsicles as well l, along with chocolate dipped bananas, food and drinks. We got the mangonada with regular mango ice cream and there was plenty of chamoy & mango bits added to and on top. The small was plentiful and fulfilling too! My family and I come to La Michoacana often and usually have a great experience. The fruit and ice cream are great and the other ladies that normally work there are very friendly. Unfortunately today's visit was very disappointing (1/18/26 Sunday 5:00 pm). My husband went up to order and the little girl who helped him was extremely rude! We ordered several items, including the fresas con crema. He asked for a small, and he was told, they only have one size (Large). He agreed to it, but when it was served, the cup was a quarter of empty, had very little crema/yogurt, my husband asked very kindly if she could add more cream, and she refused to add whip cream. For the price we paid, the portion and service was unacceptable. It felt more of a small portion being sold as a large. This was frustrating especially because this location is usually much better when the ladies are there very happy to provide a quality experience, but the customer service like today's really ruins the experience. Zero stars for the little girl with the bad attitude and 5 stars for the ladies and fruit and all other snacks. read more

We have been here a few times. I got the Fresca con Crema with granola and the berries were extremely fresh. They were very generous with the berries and they were packed in. The man who served us was friendly and quick. The location is very clean. The area behind the counter was spotless and the bathroom (I had to use the men's because the women's was out of order) was the cleanest bathroom I've ever been in inside of a business. I don't feel I was asking too much I just wanted a cup of fresas con crema with no toppings. Just cut strawberries and the premade cream they have in a jar and she couldn't do that. This frozen Mexican treat is made of mango (of course), chamoy, chili powder, candy bits and a tamarind straw. It's amazing, especially if you can't decide if you want something sweet or spicy. The kick is tolerable although the candy bits were a bit too hard and the drink melted rather quickly. I would personally order it without the bits next time around. Still lit tho! I wanted to surprise my mom for her birthday after she got off work with a sweet treat and what I got was horrible. The worker had a terrible attitude and when I mentioned I wanted to add chocolate she rudely said that the were now charging. The fact that they were charging more did not bother me it was the way she rudely said it. One star for lack of customer service. We went in today around 1:50ish, there was one customer in store, so they were not busy. We were not greeted or even acknowledged way after the girl behind the counter was finished with the customer. We stood there as she stacked bags of chips, she not once said hello, she just flat out ignored us. It wasnt until i spoke up that she came over to help. This is the best place to come if you're craving some Mexican treats. I usually get their Tostilocos , but without the peanuts. Every worker prepares the Tostilocos different. Some may add a lot of the ingredients and others not so much. I had their nachos too, but wasn't too happy about them. They don't put enough jalapeños nor cheese. I asked for extra cheese and jalapeños, but the person that was helping just gave me this weird look and I said to her I'll pay extra if that's the problem... Their fruit paletas are delicious and do recommend getting them.
