Me and my wife had passed by this place a few times and always say ... we should go... and now when we want ice cream this is one of our top two. The other is handles but nothing has rivaled handles for us until Jaliscos... It big , it's pink and you can miss it. Don't question it just pull in and give it a shot. They do not have indoor seating it's all outdoor and order by window. Their service is great and they are great with suggestions too. The outside vibe is open, modern and honest they should have board game nights there or something lol. It perfect for gatherings. I had their concha ice cream sandwich... I was skeptical... usually when I have gotten these they are big, bulky and the bread is dry ... not Jaliscos... they made this sandwich into an art and I could not stop eating. Unfortunately, very disappointing experience. I've been dying to try this place because I love small businesses especially since there's not many in the area. We got a Cookie Monster milkshake, cafecito ice cream scoop, and bubblegum scoop. Cafecito tasted like shaved iced with watered down coffee poured on top. The Cookie Monster milkshake tasted like banana water. It seemed like it had been sitting for hours, it was so watery. Also, didn't taste any cookie. The bubblegum was good, but lack luster. The one thing great is the price. $6 for one scoop, the scoop is very large. It could have been great with bubblegum pieces in the bubblegum, maybe some sprinkles on top. The coffee, maybe some coffee nibs or chocolate chips inside. The milkshake was honestly terrible. Also, the menu doesn't include any descriptions of what's in the ice cream flavors, this would be extremely helpful (especially because I don't think most would expect Cookie Monster to taste like banana). Ultimately disappointing. I wanted to love it. They could improve a lot if they want business from places like Yogurt-land, Baskin Robbin's, Cold Stone, or just the plain old grocery store. read more

Stopped by here after passing by several times. Ordered a double scoop, one cookies and cream and one fresas con crema. I received two scoops of "cream" ice cream, it wasn't vanilla but it would not have mattered even if it was. The cookies and cream scoop had what amounted to be 1.5 oreos cracked and placed on top and the "fresas" was just strawberry syrup drizzled over the top. No discernable fruit whatsoever. Not even enough topping to change the base flavor at all. Overall a poor experience. Money is better spent at places like Michoacana and not here. read more

Jaliscos is our favorite icecream stop. We go every week, the prices are very reasonable. Staff is always welcoming and so kind. The seating area is very inviting, they play music as you're waiting for your order or wanting to enjoy it in the outdoor patio. I came here with my niece and nephew one night for dessert. The cashier was so friendly and patient, answering all of our questions and explaining the origins of various ice cream flavors. Stopped by this place after seeing it on my way to Trader Joe's for a few weeks in a row. So glad I did. Their ice cream is incredible! Every flavor is amazing. I got their Donuts and Coffee flavor and their Whiskey Almond. Wow wow wow! So much great flavor. I have been passing this place for 3 weeks and I finally decided to stop by. The ice cream here is delicious!!! I ordered the concha with fruity pebbles ice cream no toppings and it was delicious. We stopped by about 20 minutes after it opened, and there was only one person on shift, Blake. He handled everything with a positive attitude and a smile. He even apologized for the wait, even though there was no need. Another staff member arrived later to help. I had the Cookie Monster ice cream scoop, and my husband had the Horchata My Nilla shake. I think so! 11/11/25 around 5 pm my husband and I were traveling on the 15 N and needed to get gas so we took the Cajalco exit thinking there would be something near but instead we had to travel through the big department store mall eventually getting on Temescal Cyn and what do I see to my right but a big bright pink glorious sign that says BOMB AF so obviously it got my attention as to what this place is and then I see Jaliscos Ice Cream! Yesssss! I love ice cream so we decided to check it out and thank goodness we did. First glance at the menu I didn't really realize what was what as far as flavors then realized they have like over 20! I sampled the Honey Pistachio Brittle and it was really good. Had just enough salty/sweet ratio which I loved. We chose to get one scoop of Buttermilk Cornbread. One scoop was enough to share between my husband and I. First bite was full of this soft, almost gooey cornbread and the creamiest ice cream. It was decadent to say the least!! I'm only bummed that there isn't a location closer to where we live in Pomona!!! I definitely will try to make it back to try all the cool flavors and get an ice cream Concha!! read more

The ice cream was good. We sampled 3 flavors and ended up all getting the pb brownie, which could have used a little bit more brownie. Overall though the flavor was rich, but good. Three single scoops in a cup for $20. Pricing is pretty average. We went on a Sunday around 1p. There were quite a few flavors sold out already but possibly from the grand opening the day before. We sat outside and they brought the ice cream to our table. As we were sitting and eating our ice cream though, an employee came over said excuse me and started spraying our table with cleaner.
