Needless to say, we left without any frozen yogurt last night. I've had a series of bad experiences with them, but last week's took the cake. It was three in the afternoon. There was one other customer being helped, and two employees. I stood there for seven minutes without ever even being acknowledged. I walked away and took my business to Starbucks instead. It's really a shame when a company with a good product doesn't have the staff to back it up. I hope that they start training their employees in customer service sometime soon, because I really love frozen yogurt, but I just can't bring myself to go there anymore!
