Stopped in for a hot tea one evening on a visit to Grants Pass. I saw online they had Pavlovas. Sadly those were all sold out but I took a delicious double chocolate cookie and also a passionfruit mousse that the staff person said was her personal favorite. Ordered a London Fog to go with it and headed back to my hotel. The service was so welcoming and friendly and her suggestion was spot on. I will not forget that passionfruit mousse ever. Dusted with grated chocolate, it was so rich and creamy, had this subtle caramel-like tone, and yet the passionfruit powered through. Every bite was a true delight. If you are a passionfruit fan you will want to lick the container so you don't miss a morsel. I did not, but definitely wanted to! They add lavender and honey to their London Fog tea which was delicious. I will definitely go back when I next visit GP. read more

The workers were friendly and it seemed like other people were enjoying the desserts they ordered. We got sandwiches and drinks, and they took 30 minutes to arrive even though it was not busy and unfortunately they didn't taste great. I'd probably go back for one of their pre-made desserts, since that seems like the main strong point. read more

We stopped by on a road trip and boy am I glad we did. These are some of the best desserts I've had all year. My husband and I shared: - Pavlova - Passion Fruit Mousse - Strawberry Cheesecake Cookie - Maui Breeze Lemonade - Berry Good Elena I'm obsessed with passion fruit so I love that they had multiple things with passion fruit. Both were fantastic. The pavlova might have been my favorite thing we ordered. The sandwich was incredible too--the perfect combination of flavors. I also loved the cookie. Both employees were incredibly friendly too and provided great recommendations. All that to say, you can't go wrong and I will come back here anytime I'm nearby because everything was so good! read more

The staff was super friendly and the place looks great and located right in the "beginning" of the main street. This place is a wonderful gem in Grants Pass! First of all, their food is phenomenal. We had shredded pork empanada and pesto croissant sandwich. They were super delicious. We also enjoyed their homemade, creamy gelato. It's the best gelato in the area and a must try! The service was fast and the staff is super friendly. We were welcomed as soon as we walked through the door. The owner was nice enough to talk to us about the restaurant and his story. The ambiance is chic and inviting. I visited my sister in Oregon earlier this year and I always have to check for cafes to hit up. This one popped up with good reviews so I had to see for myself. Let me tell you-- their desserts did not disappoint! The coffee was also so good (I got a mocha) and my sister loved her drink as well. We both sat inside on comfy chairs and had a good time catching up. The vibes were there. This place is aesthetically pleasing inside and out. There were 8 in our group, and the girls were able to answer our questions with a great attitude! Grants Pass is really starting to grow on me. There's some sweet spots sprinkled throughout the city and House of Glory is no exception. The inside is very welcoming and cheery and lots of sweets and some savory selections too. I thought I was going to go inside for a sundae-style dessert and ended up getting a no bake passionfruit lime cheesecake instead. Not only that, I thought I was going to take it to-go and ended up planting myself and looking about taking in my solo moment. Sometimes I kick myself for not finding spots like this sooner, then again... that's the joy of exploring and finding that next favorite place. read more

This was my first visit so I can only review the veggie sandwich but wow! It was the best I've ever had. So much flavor and a tasty dipping sauce. Instead of potato chips it came with a healthy option, I think they were squash chips? Also very tasty. I had an elderberry lavender lemonade with it. Light and refreshing, not too sweet. And they don't have the nasty alternative milk brands like Oatly or Pacific (ingredients on this type of milks are horrible) they actually serve a different brand who is local, I order my coffee with coconut milk and it was divine. This is an amazing place for dessert. They do serve lunch, but I went to House Of Glory for the Bubble Waffle which includes two scoops of gelato, one topping, and one drizzle flavor. I ordered the Guava Maria Bubble waffle which includes a big flat bubble waffle with two scoops of Guava Cheesecake gelato topped with a guava drizzle and whipped cream. I did substitute one of the guava gelato scoops with passion fruit gelato which was awesome. This waffle concoction was amazing. The waffle was hot and tasteful which matched well with the gelato. If you wanted super warp speed for your order go to a drive-thru. There is a time and a place for impatience. This place is about family. People are too impatient to see that a small family coffee shop is overwhelmed with an influx of costumers despite a soft opening mere days earlier. Trust me, this place is worth the visit. From the adorable mom's in strollers waiting to get some hot chocolate, to the nerdy teens looking for their caffeine fix, to the young couple just looking to enjoy the end of their date night. If you don't want a conversation and a smile, go to Starbucks. Dont ruin it for the rest of us lovely people who just want to connect with other lovely people. This place is amazing. I went for the first time a week ago and have already visited three times! Staff is so warm and welcoming. The gelato is perfection. They have a flavor for everyone. The guava Maria may be the best dessert I ever had in my life! (TRY IT!) I haven't found a place that sells tropical fruit flavored frozen treats until House Of Glory came along. The baked goods are delicious. I plan on trying everything on the menu eventually. The owners have done such an incredible job upgrading the place and making it into their own. My husband & I came here on date night Friday which coincided with Art Along The Rogue, so it was a busy night! The staff here was so kind, patient, professional, lovey, dressed to impress, & so joyful. We love the way the shop is decorated, from the beautiful paint colors, to the colorful flower bouquets on each table. It was just such a great feeling atmosphere that we really felt like it was a treat to be there. We had the Passionfruit and vanilla gelatos, & an amazing Dulce De Leche Pavlova with whipped cream & strawberries. Both desserts were so delicious!
