Decadent Ice Cream @ Violets & Cream in Medford, OR. !! Some friends and I decided to indulge in dessert after dinner and made our way here! Fantastic unique ice cream flavors available. I had the black walnut, they had the cookie dough, and Jacksonville. The young lady present was very nice and provided us with great service. The space was beautifully decorated, full of eye candy (literally, lol), clean, and inviting. We enjoyed our creamy and flavorful sweet treats! The cones were tasty as well. My vegan chocolate ice cream was a complete mess! This was a great ice cream but this batch was heavily freezer burnt and falling apart inedible. My husband asked for change so we can give a tip the worker gave us change and decided that scooping out our ice cream was completely okay after not having washed his hands. Paying for a - single vanilla with fudge with hardly any ice cream is appalling the new worker has no formal training on how to make a proper scoop it was about a 1/2 scoop at best but hey please wash you hands after touching cash and deciding to scoop out ice cream. I've had the vegan ice cream multiple times at this location this was a horrible batch you can tell was a fresh batch heavy with freezer burn. Stick with your first judgement before you decide to grab ice cream here. read more

Came here after dinner. This seemed to be a very popular ice-cream place. The line was long, and there was only 1 gentleman working at the time when I was there. He provided great customer services even if it was busy. I can see how overwhelming it could be. Decorations gave me a Harry Potter/witch/wizard vibes, which might be because of the Halloween season. I sampled the rogue valley pear and violet and cream. Rogue valley pear has a very light flavor. The violet and cream tasted very artificial, and I did not like it at all. I ordered a single chocolate brownie in cup. I love the rich chocolate flavor. Will stop by again if I am in the area. read more

Prices are affordable. Quaint little place with nostalgic candies. The server was friendly, but did limit us to two samples per person. Huckleberry was delicious. My husband liked the pear which reminded him of juicy pear jelly belly jelly beans. But the server did let us know their ice cream is made of all natural ingredients. read more

I took my 3 year old in to get some ice cream. He was very excited. He gets it and takes two bites and it falls on the floor. Sure, I know it's not their fault he dropped it but you would think they might replace it for him. Nope... made us pay for it again. I just felt they might have been a little more understanding especially since it's $5 a scoop. I was just disappointed in the customer service. read more
