The colors in the restaurant are quite vibrant, lots of pink and green the music is Spanish overall nice ambience. For the food I got raspado with icecream. I was feeling brave so I told the guy to surprise me. He seemed very energetic and eager to surprised me. He excitingly said "Man, I'm going to go CRAZY with these flavors, you're not even ready." This automatically made me curious to know what I was going to get, as i waited for him to craft me this raspado. He looked back at me, and said "Bro you're not ready. I put vanilla on VANILLA" of course I laughed because this was not what I expected at all he made it seem he was going to mix some crazy flavors. This probably would've been a 3 star but the guy made it so fun and a funny memory with some friends that I had to give it a 5. Thank you for the great experience. read more

The huge straws placed in the raspados have an after taste. They make the raspado taste like plastic also I don't know why they use such a huge straw when the raspados have little to no liquid in them. Also today I go some hot Cheetos con queso and the cheese is pretty much water they only had one size bag available to? Very small portion which was than placed in a plastic container? The strawberry raspados are a no go. The elote in a cup are not good either they use yellow corn and when they do use white corn there's no flavor and very dry. The only good thing I've tried here is the bubble gum flavored ice cream. Mistake to have gone more than once. All this was way before covid too so it has nothing to do with that. read more

Did not have a good experience here with service or quality of snacks and treats. The service was hardly the staffs fault, however, they were not staffed adequately for the amount of customers they had and their production line is horribly set up. They have to run all over the place to get items they need & there's only one blender. Also, the person that helps you gets you everything & cashes you out, so you have to wait for one person to run around and try to find the tools or ingredients for your entire order. If you order more than two things, one is melting or getting soggy. We ordered hot Cheetos and cheese, two shakes, and a banana split. He made the Cheetos and cheese first and it sat for 30 minutes while he made the rest of our stuff, which took over 30 minutes. The banana split was a bit melted by the time he was done with the shakes. The shakes were watery and didn't have the best flavor. All in all, overpriced and underdelivered. Not returning. Appearance wise place is very nice and clean, paletas are delicious but in my opinion pricey. I tried the hot Cheetos corn it didn't taste like corn from the cob it tasted more like it was from a can so I pass on that next time. Their flavored waters are delicious high recommend. It's one of the "fancier" places to get munchies here in Yuma. So keep that in mind they're prices are a bit higher than your average snack place. read more

Love this place- lots of color and feel of Mexico and amazing assortment of frozen treats. I know this is a Mexican business, but they need to do a better job of translating menu items into English and displaying prices. (Sorry I don't speak or read Spanish well). I felt very out of place there ( maybe that's the way they want it?). I go to Las alcondones all the time, and they do better at translating (seems like they want my business).
