The convenience was great as I have a 1.5 hour drive home I had to make. I ordered the Bahama Mama smoothie for myself, and the kids Awesome Chocolate for my 5 year old. I do wish they had more children's smoothies available. My son is allergic to strawberry, and the only two other that were available had strawberry. My smoothie is delicious! It's been refreshing on my drive home with the hot summer. I don't have a/c in my commuter car I've been driving, so the smoothie is extra refreshing! Haha. The only other thing I would add, is that the woman at the window wasn't very friendly. She didn't have a smile on her face, and she seemed miserable. Professionalism seems to have declined significantly, communication appears poor, and the decisions being made feel rushed and disconnected from what made this company successful in the first place. It's frustrating to watch a business with so much potential move away from the standards and culture that customers and employees valued. Leadership matters, and right now this location feels poorly managed and out of touch. I used to love Twisted Sugar in Logan, Utah, but with the new owners (as of the first of April) I'm done.
