Professionalism seems to have declined significantly, communication appears poor, and the decisions being made feel rushed and disconnected from what made this company successful in the first place. It's frustrating to watch a business with so much potential move away from the standards and culture that customers and employees valued. Leadership matters, and right now this location feels poorly managed and out of touch. I used to love Twisted Sugar in Logan, Utah, but with the new owners (as of the first of April) I'm done. The place has cool decor. One wall and corner tells the story of the Spudnut, complete with bags of Potato Flour. There is also comfy seating throughout but we headed back to our hotel, which was a 2 minute walk. The Spudnut was delicious. To be honest I couldn't taste that it was made from potato flour, tasted like a regular delicious doughnut. It did have a lighter texture. My Chai was perfect.
