The associate explained that they have to "return" the product before selling me the exact same fragrance again. Honestly, who keeps receipts for everyday items like hand soap--especially when purchases are made through the rewards program? Most stores can easily look up transactions using your phone number or rewards account. It's 2025, not 1990--time to update your system, Bath & Body Works. For what these products cost, the customer service should be more accommodating. An even exchange for the same product shouldn't be this difficult.

Unfortunately, the young lady at the front couldn't explain how to use the foil gel, couldn't tell me if I might be using it wrong, and offered no real guidance at all. When I politely asked if the employee in the back might be able to help, since she may have more experience, I was told, "Sorry, she's on the phone," instead of anyone actually making an effort to assist me. As a long-time customer, this was incredibly disappointing. I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable--just customer service and product knowledge from a store I've supported for years. Instead, I felt dismissed and unimportant. After reading recent reviews, I can now see I'm not the only one who feels this way. Nail Bling's customer service has clearly gone downhill. It's frustrating to see such a decline from a business I used to trust. If customer service and knowledgeable assistance matter to you, this may not be the place it once was.
