I went in looking for foil gel because the one I previously purchased from Nail Bling never seemed to work properly. I simply wanted some help--whether that was product recommendations, troubleshooting, or basic instructions on how to properly use it. Unfortunately, the young lady at the front couldn't explain how to use the foil gel, couldn't tell me if I might be using it wrong, and offered no real guidance at all. When I politely asked if the employee in the back might be able to help, since she may have more experience, I was told, "Sorry, she's on the phone," instead of anyone actually making an effort to assist me. As a long-time customer, this was incredibly disappointing. I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable--just customer service and product knowledge from a store I've supported for years. Instead, I felt dismissed and unimportant. After reading recent reviews, I can now see I'm not the only one who feels this way. Nail Bling's customer service has clearly gone downhill. It's frustrating to see such a decline from a business I used to trust. If customer service and knowledgeable assistance matter to you, this may not be the place it once was.

The gentleman there took the time to walk me through the entire store, explaining everything they offer -- from the natural soaps, toothpaste, supplements, shea butter, oils, and all the different products they carry. You could genuinely tell he cared about what he was selling and cared even more about the people walking through the door. What really stood out to me was that when I was getting ready to buy some shea butter, he stopped me and said he wanted me to TRY the lotion first before spending any money. Not only did he make me a custom-scented lotion with the exact fragrance I liked... he also made one for all three of my daughters. That's FOUR lotions he gave away just so we could experience the product for ourselves. Nowadays, that kind of kindness and confidence in your product is rare. I went in today to get lash glue remover, tweezers, and brushes. the lady there had no idea how to…read morehelp or any clue on the items. having only one person there should have some knowledge to help choose the best product that clients are looking for. I couldn't ask her any questions she had zero answers. I did ask her for glue remover and she recommended this jar that I purchased. I immediately came home and used it because I wanted to clean my Lashes and let them air out before reapplying clusters. some of the remover got in my nails since I used them to break the seal. I didn't think nothing of it and used a Q-tip to apply a thin layer across my lashes to wipe off the glue since there was no instructions and she wasn't very helpful behind the counter. I noticed it started to burn my eye and rinse it off immediately. That's what I noticed the extra product underneath my nail and when I rinse that off and cleaned my hands, I noticed it started to eat away at my nails. I'm not sure why they would recommend this product to be put on your eyes if it's eating away at my nail tips. seems a little dangerous. definitely will not go back or recommend anyone to go unless you know exactly what you want and you need no help but to give them your money.
