Terrible experience. My pedicure: it was fast and furious. she did not clean my cuticles. She cut my toenails so short that they are sore. The guy that polished my toes got polish all over my skin and did not clean it. My toes look awful. My dip fill: again, my cuticles are a mess. No clean up. She filed too close to my cuticles, and I have scabs where she filed them. She cut my nails very short after I told her not to. My nails are atrocious. The color is close to what I asked for but it's not what I asked for. The techs kept talking very loudly across the room to each other. It wasn't a peaceful experience at all. I do not recommend this place. read more

horrible experience. Wendy was rude. didn't offer me a drink. didn't do anything i asked. i asked for the sides of my nails to be painted more, she said it wasn't nail but when i got in sunlight on the way home , most of my nails were not painted all the way. my nails are chipped on the sides. 1/10 experience & the only reason they get the 1 is because the color i chose is pretty. i highly don't recommend them read more

This was my first time visiting this nail shop and I thought it was going to be a great experience considering the reviews were pretty good. But this was the complete opposite. I was sitting in that chair for a soak off for an hour. Soak offs only take about maybe 25-30 mins. The lady I had was nice but I think she needs more training. When we first started she had the nail filer on too high and kept burning me. (Yes I let her know multiple times that she was burning me. She attempted to turn it down but it was still happening). Then as we proceeded the soaking off process, when she started to drill down the acrylic she wouldn't do the whole nail. She would only drill the middle part of my nail which is now extremely painful! I kept having to tell her towards the end that she didn't get everything and she still didn't listen. My nails were cut ok but filed terribly. I had to recut AND file my own nails when I got back home. I paid $15 for literally just a half soak-off. Very disappointed in this nail shop. - Also not mention as I came in, there were only two other women in there getting pedicures. So as the time passed, more people came in but plenty left due to being told to sit in the chair for 30+ mins but never being attended to. read more

LOVE this place! The salon is beyond beautiful and the staff always gives me the best treatments! I have had my sails done and pedicures there multiple times and have always had wonderful experiences. The staff not only provides excellent services, but are also great with their clients. There was this one time where I was getting both a pedicure and a full set of acrylic nails, so I was there for a good amount of time, and one of the staff members asked me if I would like anything to drink :) Love this place and 10/10 recommend! read more

Hands down this place is AMAZING. I just moved to Maumelle so I was iffy on finding a new nail places, after seeing good reviews for here I decided to come in, they are friendly and it's such a clean quiet place. I just needed a pedicure, I ended up getting the deluxe one For 40$ which is 10$ more than the regular pedicure. She took her time and made sure my toes were literately perfect. I've never had anybody do my nails so good. My feet are soft she even gave my hands a massage. I will definitely keep going back because I think I just found my nail home. read more

Very nice interior with comfortable chairs. My nails were done beautifully, but the reason I give 4 stars is because it was quite a waiting process for me. I was a walk-in, so I expected a wait, however once i was in a chair I was waiting for awhile for my technician to come over while he tried to help another customer remove her nails. I would not have had a problem with that, but I waited almost 10 to 15 minutes before he actually got started with my nails and continuously he walked away to do other things while I sat with my nails half done. After he had finally put my nails on and shaped, he told me he needed to help finish up the girl he was helping earlier. Thinking it would take no more than another 5 to 10 minutes I said I could wait until he was done assuming he was just taking her the rest of her nails off, but I waited another 15 to 20 minutes until he was done with her. I did not realize that it would take that long and would have preferred just to have another technician help finish me up. My technician was very fast and good, but it seemed almost like a rushed job that possible could have been even better if he had just slowed down a little more. Overall I still think it was a good experience even though I had to wait. My nails costed $50 due to my shape and the gel polish that I got. I think this is a great place and I wouldn't mind going back in the future. read more

When I moved to Maumelle I was reluctant to find a new salon because I was partial to my salon in Jacksonville. But I took a chance and I have had nothing but a great experience at this salon. I will never use this nail salon again. I have been a loyal customer for years, however, the last several times I have come in, Mark has done my nails. It takes him forever because he stays on his phone the whole time he does my nails, either taking care of an issue with the IRS or AT&T. It's very frustrating, because he constantly has to get up and down. I have specifically requested certain people to do my nails when I make my appointments. The last time I went in, I got someone I didn't request and he did a horrible job on my toes. I thought Mark didn't charge me because he knew his employee did bad work. However, he called me later that evening to ask me if he could charge me. I made it known I wasn't happy and he still charged me, even though he knew I had them redone when I left. I will never go back to this salon. read more
