First time visiting this salon and unfortunately not a great experience. Staff is not really helpful. Not a wide color selection. Typically, nail techs check in throughout the service to make sure you're happy with the shape, length, and overall look. That didn't happen here. I mentioned I wanted my nails cut down, but there was no discussion around length and he ended up choosing it for me. They are now much shorter than I wanted. I also booked a fill and showed a picture of an ombré French. He said he didn't have time and that I would need a full set. When I agreed to switch, he then told me no and insisted on a fill. At that point, I should have left, but I stayed and regretted it. I understand time restrictions but this was upsetting. The nails don't look terrible, but they're not what I asked for and look a bit lumpy and rushed. read more

I always have a great experience at Blush Nail Bar! They're very kind and attentive and will provide the service you ask for. I also feel like they are fast which I appreciate. I stopped in on Blush today randomly as I wanted a gel manicure (my old was so grown out). I was a walk-in so I got randomly paired with Kim and let me tell you, I could not be more pleased. She didn't hurt me while taking the old gel off, she was easily able to recreate my reference photo on my nails, and she gives a pretty good hand massage. Kim didn't talk much but that's okay with me (I don't talk a lot either), only reason I mention it is in case you're a lady who like to chat, maybe request a different tech. The salon itself was super cute and they were even hosting a pumpkin contest amongst their staff and letting the customers vote for a winner. Anyway, 10/10 experience, I shall return. read more

I requested a "Dip" set of nails as a walk-in. I was in town for a couple of hours while my partner handled some business. I wanted to use this time to get my nails done. Not only did they squeeze me in, they were kind enough to let me know that they couldn't add on my requested pedicure but they could absolutely tackle my manicure. As an appointment-based salon, they honored the experience they were providing and advertising to their scheduled customers. Much respect. In addition to their kindness, they offered coffee, water, wine or champagne. The decor and palette of the salon is very fitting for the name. It's very pink, gray, white and soft inside. It does make you want to stay for a while. The staff is friendly though one young lady didn't seem so excited to be there -- she may have just been tired or focused. I appreciated the conversation I had with my technician. She had just started working there but has been in the industry for years. Very nice lady. Great customer service. Since I travel a lot, I can't always afford to get my nails done in the city I live in so it's nice to encounter places that offer quality service and conversation in a city I'm stopping by for a short time. This place went from being my favorite place in Pulaski County (early 2024) to get a pedicure to my least favorite place (early 2025). Since Robert and many others left, there is inadequate staff. Furthermore, the staff is rude and does not listen to customers at all. During what will be my last visit, Devon (a man) treated me very badly and did not listen to how others had done my pedicure before. He refused to use the microplane on my feet, which has always been done. He did my pedicure with the least amount of effort as possible, as quickly as possible, and ignored me as much as possible. I have never felt like this before in any other nail salon. When doing my natural fingernails, Devon used a super coarse nail file (for fake nails) and scrubbed in both directions. When I said it was too coarse, he said he didn't care, it got the job done faster. There were maybe 5 or 6 staff working a place that can have 16 or more staff. When waiting, an older man who I think is the owner talked past a client he was giving a manicure to have an in-depth, lengthy conversation with someone waiting in the waiting area for a family member. It was all very rude and disruptive to me when I was sitting in the waiting area. The regular non-gel nail polish used here is cheap and dries very brittle so that it falls off when you bump your feet. Any sense of class this place had is long gone when it comes to customer service, hospitality, and pride in their work. Do not recommend. read more

Yesterday we scheduled an appointment for two pedicures at 1:00pm. When we arrived, we were told our appointment had been cancelled which was confusing since I hadn't cancelled it. The lady informed me that she texted the wrong number to confirm the appointment. She tried to reschedule us for 4:00pm but it conflicted with my schedule. We left frustrated by the situation but were pleasantly surprised a few minutes later to see they had reached out to us to apologize for the mistake and offered a discount on our next visit.
