I have been going to Envy Nails & Spa for several years now. The owners (Lyn and Don) are super sweet & very accommodating to fit every one in no matter how busy they may be with other guests. They know almost everyone's names & friendly greets them as they walk through the door. That is a good sign that most are repeat customers. Lyn does my nails and she does the best job of anyone I've been to in Little Rock. Don and another nice lady do my pedi's and they are spot-on, relaxing and do a perfect job. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Firstly my 6 yo wanted 3 rhinestones on each of her fingers (my 3yo got a sticker on each of her thumbs that they almost refused to lay down and glue properly until I informed them that I do nails myself so I knew they wouldn't last til the end of the day) - the lady continued to try and talk me out of this service because it was "expensive". After finishing my 3yo & 6yo nails and toes she started asking about my 6yo hair and how much I paid for that service ect. At the register when I went to pay I didn't think much of the tip page already being bought up but I just asked "how much was it" she said "$35 because I gave you discount since they're little" well thanks. I left a $3 tip because I was not impressed with the service or their communication and steadily trying to talk me out of the service my child wanted. Monday morning my card had been charged for $48... I was a bit shocked because that had not been the case Saturday when I payed. I called and was told "oh there was a miscommunication". There was no miscommunication. Why give someone a "discount" to then go andchsnge the charge amount. Very shady will not be back. read more

Environment was clean! Lots of colors to choose from. Staff was nice but not super friendly or welcoming. Did not provide a menu for us to choose which pedi package we wanted. Gentleman that did mine and my mom's was very rough. We came in with old gel on and the nail tech attempted to peel and pick our gel off. We asked him to soak off and he seemed extremely annoyed. I came with my sister-in-law on 12/23/23. We both got manis and pedis for our Christmas presents this year. Staff was efficient and helpful and they weren't put out even though I changed my mind to doing gel instead of regular polish which probably added way more work to their schedule. We had an appointment and had a short wait before we started. That's no issue to me - we got to peruse the nail colors (they have a lot!). I can tell this place is very busy, but they tried to accommodate everyone who walked in. The salon is clean. We were in there for a while, but we walked out with really great looking nails. called about a mani pedi during a heavy thunderstorm, immediately got me in and was very very quick and good with the services. tornado sirens go off three times during my entire pedicure and my lady doesn't even bat an eye as she's so focused on perfecting my nails. so service is obviously amazing to begin with and they seem sweet, nail color selection is also great as they have different brands to pick from and shades of many many colors even though i picked plain white. the massage and nail care felt great as im so used to having constant swollen feet/ankles from being 5 months pregnant and working as a server 6 days a week. definitely recommend and will be coming back. read more

I'm over (O-V-E-R) buying Groupons for manicures and pedicures because now I know I can just come to Envy to get it right for a reasonable price. I've been coming to Envy off and on for several years, and I have always been very pleased with their work. Ben is great, but all of the technicians there are wonderful. I love that you can walk in or schedule an appointment (I've never waited more than 5 minutes as a walk-in) and they have all of the shellac/gel colors, too. I recently returned here to get them to "clean up" a poor shellac manicure I got with a Groupon. It chipped within a week, and I didn't want to go back to the provider (and pay her more) to have it removed. I had time on a Thursday afternoon, so I dropped by Envy for some help. Ben fit me in immediately, removed the shellac (saying that there was a very strange base coat applied... hmmm....) and manicured and buffed my nails so they looked amazing. The manicure also included a paraffin dip, which felt great. My hands were so soft afterwards, and the price for the shellac removal and manicure was $32. I love the pedicures here, too, as the chairs are massage chairs. When I was there this past week, I noticed a mom and two little girls. The girls were in the kids' pedicure chairs, and the salon had a movie on for them, Megamind. it was adorable! The service here is expert, and everyone is friendly and the ambience is relaxed, yet pampering. I love Envy! read more

I've been going here for over six months and won't go anywhere else. I am a brow snob and very picky Lynn does an amazing job and very detail oriented. I also love their flexibility for last minute appointments. But on the weekend they are pretty busy so call ahead. It's also great to support local owned business. I went to Envy looking for a reasonable place for a pedicure for me and my daughter. I had been to other places in West Little Rock, but I didn't quite feel them. In Envy from the moment we walked in, my daughter feel in love with kids pedicure chair. :) The staff went above and beyond to make me and my daughter feel special. I didn't have to wait too long either. Very clean and once again, the customer service makes a big difference. I loved my nails too and my little ones! This place is amazing. I've found my go-to place. It's very quiet and nice in there. Very relaxing and the staff is super friendly and the best part? They understand you! They've been open for about 8 years now but the only reason not a lot of people know about them is that they don't advertise or have a website. But they're really good and make you feel amazing! One of the reasons I also like them is because they're not that busy so they don't rush you out or make you feel less important than anybody else. My pedicure felt amazing and I personally feel like they take their time to do it and are really good at it. I really like the ambiance and their prices are amazing. I'd pay more if they raised their prices too! They do a lot more for the price they charge and I love this place. Will definitely be returning and recommending to everyone. I wanted to fall asleep and honestly that hasn't happened at any other nail place I've been to. I wish the very best to this place and hope they stay so I can always come back! Love it. I stumbled on to Envy Nail, just looking for a good salon. I've not gone anywhere else, in the past year. They are amazing and do great work! Anyone who has tips, shellac or dip knows, a good tech is a must, if your want them to last. Lyn and her husband own the salon and it shows. She does amazing work and it lasts for weeks! You need to schedule an appointment, for nails, she stays pretty booked. I can usually walk in, for a pedi. They take pride in their work and know you by name. Can't recommend them enough. The salon is clean and in a good location: if your looking for a good nail tech, Lyn's your girl!!! They're prices are also very reasonable. I can get a full set of tips with shellac for $40. Anywhere else, the shellac alone is $25. I've not had a bad experience since I've been there. So happy!!! read more
