The ONLY place I will go to get my nails/toes done! I've tried multiple nail salons and LA provides the best service and does the best job. Even on busy days, they do their best to get you in and out, but without rushing through their job. The ONLY downfall to LA Nails is that they only accept tips in cash - and I never carry cash with me! Poor customer service. They treat their staff like cattle. Nails never look like you show them you want them. Literally watched them yell and call their front receptionist girl stupid in front of customers because one nail tech had to come up and get a customer while she was waiting for one to walk in so she could take them together. They smack and slap workers. They're racist. And talk bad about customers when they think they don't speak their language. Charge the more if they're "fat" or "ugly". Horrible people. read more

Jessica the owner believes it is ok to rip off Acrylic nails without soaking them. This is not ok. She cut my daughters Acrylic nails with nail nippers and made her bleed. She decided to put gel on my nails on mine after I asked for sns. I am in the process of speaking to the board of health. The gel nails lasted one day. I would not come here for SNS services. very poor customer service, a few unfriendly staff members, and poor quality service. I have come three times now with a friend and every single time I am sorely disappointed with my nails, how I'm treated, and I have had chipping and breaking nails within days every time. it's frustrating to spend $60-$70 and have to go spend that again within the same week because the quality is so poor and they're all breaking. read more

Very clean. Associates are mostly friendly. One major complaint is that they do not like to accept credit cards. On one visit they claimed to not accept credit cards. My second visit they said they would accept a credit card "this one time" but i would need to pay with cash going forward. One cannot put a tip on the credit card at all. There is an ATM onsite (though it was out of order on my second visit). This complaint may be more geared to the product. But, I'm disappointed with how the issue was handled. This salon uses a matching shellac/regular polish duo for mani (shellac)/pedis (regular). My hands and feet did not match - not even close (see photo)! The associate who took care of me agreed and pointed this out to the manager. Neither offered to fix the glaring discrepancy. Neither offered a partial or full discount. At minimum, they should have offered to redo one or the other at no cost. Instead, I was told "both are beautiful." Not sure if I will return after this episode. If I do, I will request shellac or regular on both hands and feet to ensure a match. And, I suggest you do, too. read more

Highly recommend going anywhere else. Wanted to give a new place a try and regretted it. Staff wasn't too friendly. Came in for a pedicure and as they used each tool they tossed it in the water with my feet. I'm not one to complain on the internet about services but I felt the need to warn others. The woman who did my nails must have been a manager because she got up every few minutes to help another worker or complete a random task. My daughter who is just turned 12 and a friend of mine went to have a girls day. for my daughter and I it was 260!!!!!! rhe polish. on my toe xame off that night. my nails I can't even begin to describe how awful they look miss shaped uneven you can see my fingernails. You can see the lines where they put the stuff on. They weren't filed and my daughter wanted to get designs on her nails. This was a birthday gift. The lady had told her that it takes up too much time. It cost more to put stickers on it so you're telling me I paid $260 for nail polish to come off. My toes smashed finger nails that are crooked and fucking stickers that peeled off. For a place that gets alot of business and just had their 24 years of business party i expected so much more! My girlfriend walked in and asked for a certain design and a certain color and she got both of them completely wrong and when after my girlfriend told her that was not what she wanted she completely blew her off and didn't even bother to fix it! Absolute disappointment. They don't know how to do nails at all. I had a painful, and straight up bad experience and won't be going back. They messed up one of my thumb nails so badly it had to be taken off and redone. (Still wasn't much better afterwards.) It was almost a three hour process that was hardly enjoyable at the best parts. Worst experience ever. 8 yr. old Daughter and her friend were rushed. Kicked out of nail dryer while nails were still wet to make room for someone else. Paint was smeared, cracked, didn't match toes. Technicians were rude, abrasive, and unpleasant. Then after being treated like cattle, they asked for a tip. Really? I will never come again or send anyone there again.
