The hostess came over to pour some water and spilled the pitcher all over the table without a word, which also got all over someone in our party's phone. Even though it took her a minute to go grab a rag and wipe everything up, an apology wouldn't seem entirely out of line. And then after ordering our meals, we waited... And waited... And waited... And waited... And waited some more... And kept waiting... And after an hour we finally got one pizza and a single bolognese dish, which arrived cold and with a sauce reminiscent of Chef Boyardee's.
